5 out of 5 eggsAmazing, Like always

Pros: Solid, Good build quality, comes with a PSU that is at least 80+ bronze, quiet for a server chassis, fits normal size PSU

Cons: Still not silent, PSU is not nosey but not near silent, PSU is only bronze, I would have paid more for gold if not platinum, will be replacing eventually for more efficient and quieter PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: A case and PSU for the price is very comparable. Plenty of power cables for nearly everything you might want to plug in.

Cons: Of course it's not the "coolest" case around but if you only care about the hardware itself (which I did) then it's a great case. It also had a problem with shorting out my motherboard so I had to put some material down in between to stop that.

Other Thoughts: Basically, if you literally want a plain case without anything fancy this is the case for you.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Surprisingly solid case, EATX compatible, lockable, and four internal disk mounts.

Cons: Small issue with my X8DTH-6f where the SAS jacks are inaccessible without right angle cables.

4 out of 5 eggsBetter Than Expected

Pros: Cavernous case, great for building servers. Would be capable of swallowing motherboards and expansion cards of any size that I can fathom. Good quality on the 500W PSU, and both the PSU fan and case exhaust fan below it are frankly inaudible when fired up. Ample internal cords and connectors from the PSU, and lots of room to tuck the extras away. Looks very much like a high-end HP/Compaq tower server, with the angled vents running up most of the front. Nice HDD cage that swings out to work on. Good lights and tastefully lit power switch, without much fluff or bling. Nice consolidate plug option for putting all the mobo headers for lights & switches onto your board with one plug (if compatible). NIC LED!! Nothing inside gashed me open, which is always appreciated... even the metal shielding plugs in the drive bays are pinch and pull, not pry and bleed.

Cons: For the size of this case, the number of 3.5" hard drive bays is rather meager! (4). There is tons of room in this thing, and I think most people in the market for this type of box are intending to use it for servers and mass storage. There is room ahoy to rig something up, but only four official bays is dumb and a letdown. Mine had no manual, so I don't know what some headers are, like "OH LED" and "POWER FAIL". Where do these go? Must be something on more serious server motherboards, I guess. Oh, and if this matters to you, please note that there is NO RESET SWITCH (FRONT) and NO PSU POWER TOGGLE (REAR) ON THIS CASE! Why not? I have no idea... I'm baffled at this omission. PSU is only 80 Plus Bronze, but that's described everywhere I've seen this case for sale.

Other Thoughts: Used this to build a Windows Home Server with upgrading/expansion in mind down the road. I should have paid attention to the number of hard drive bays before pulling the trigger, though. Caveat emptor!

5 out of 5 eggsLooks great!

Pros: *Solid construction.
*Relatively light compared to my last chassis (cse-743-865B).
*Looks great in office or bedroom.
*Installation was pretty straight forward.
*The Tool-less HDD trays are AWESOME!

Cons: never was able to test drive the chassis. I hit the power button and nothing happened. I looked inside the case to make sure everything was hooked up correctly, and realized that the onboard LED on the mobo was off. The board must have suffered ESD during transfer... To bad the warrenty has expired.

Other Thoughts: I tossed my sc743 chassis in exchange for this one for 3 reasons.
1. The sc743 is only capable of utilizing the supermicro brand of PSUs due to the location of mounting holes on the PSU to those inside the chassis. Trying to buy a third party PSU would be useless because the mounting holes would not line up, rendering it impossible to mount, unless you were to mod the PSU.
2. ITS LOUD! Even after lowering the fan speeds to the minimum within the bios, it screams! What's worse is that the fans are those 92mm and 80mm fans, creating a mind numbing whinny sound reminscent to that of a landspeeder! On top of that, temperatures were still relatively high, my e5520 was pushing 45c idle and 75c full load using an active HSF.
3. The overall size of the chassis was too large for my taste. At first I payed no attention, until I realized how much real estate it took up on my desk.
