3 out of 5 eggsDamaged upon receipt

Pros: IDK what NE is thinking when then send these out via cheap couriers, or why they don't send folks out on quality assessments with the drivers, but we've been seeing more of our packages being bent up or flat out destroyed. I'm not sure what the deal with this was, but we never got a chance to use it. Will RMA and order another.

Cons: Cheap case and you get what you pay for

Other Thoughts: Try it out, send it back if you don't like it or spend more money and get a coolermaster HFA

4 out of 5 eggsCheap/working case

Pros: 2nd case was fine on arrival and had all the space I needed for my build. Felt pretty solid. I purchased in 2011 for a build that I am now replacing. I've moved this case numerous times and I can say it doesn't flex at all and took a few bumps over the years. No clips have broken and all the lights still work. Fans that were included at the time I purchased were really loud. Has an OEM look, which is nice.

Cons: The first case arrived all bent up. Not something that could be used. RMA was easy. Front is plastic and has had to be re-snapped in place a few times.
I have found, after some upgrades, the case did tend to keep things hotter than other people reported with the same components. I replaced the included fans with some higher end fans but no change in temps. An identical build in a larger case runs a few degrees cooler.

Other Thoughts: This case has served well, I wont be tossing it, but keeping it for a work station build for my wife.

3 out of 5 eggsWhat's the deal?

Pros: Decent ultra-low-end case
Used to be cheap
Decent space

Cons: No longer for sale in its value class
No fans
iffy steel
frustrating usb design that encourages accidental shutdowns/warm boots
New pricing scheme is rediculous

Other Thoughts: I bought this case a year ago just over $20 all-in, and it was well worth the price. For $35, I'd expect it to be made of titanium, not thin, sharp, highly-flexible steel.

Did steel just become a precious metal investment commodity, or something?
Why, when China faces economic implosion and gas prices are the lowest in 15 years, does the cost of buying and shipping a cheap Chinese case rise by 55%

Newegg, we still love you, and we understand why huge, heavy cases no longer qualify for Premier, but why does suddenly nothing qualify, and why does all of it suddenly cost so much more? We all love the cheaper hard drives and memory, but they don't really do consumers any good if we can't get a decent price on anything to put them in.
We're not asking for the moon, just some common sense and continuity.

3 out of 5 eggsNot pretty, gets the job done.

Pros: Inexpensive, serves its purpose

Cons: Ugly as the day is long

Other Thoughts: General statement about all Apex cases - they generally feel sturdier than other budget offerings, have little perks like removable drive bays, etc. and they are among the least attractive product line currently available.
This case is no exception, and underscores the need to hire only designers who can actually see the design themselves.

2 out of 5 eggsWould not purchase again

Pros: Price, only bought this case because of a combo deal.

Cons: -No cable management.
-Case is very cheap and flexes easy.
-Did not come with enough hardware (screws) for even a disk drive and HDD. Only enough for one or the other.
-The slots for PCI and such at back are metal brackets that have to be broken off and cannot be s c r e w e d back on. So if you ever remove a sound or network card you just have a hole.
-DOES NOT COME WITH ANY FANS AT ALLLLL. I will admit I did not read if it did or not but that is because I literally have never bought a case that didn't come with at least 2 fans. So half my fault for not reading but at the same time WHAT THE?

5 out of 5 eggsNice Case

Pros: Nice looking and it came with all the screws I needed and it is a overall nice looking case

Cons: I havnt found any flaws just a perfect case

Other Thoughts: really good case to make a new build and use a atx mobo instead of a micro-atx mobo

5 out of 5 eggsCheap but decent case

Pros: Comes with more than enough screws.
Comes with an in-case speaker (Audio).
Cheap for the case itself.
Has LED light bars for HDD and Power On/off (Vertical lines on the front of the case).

Cons: Some metal or alluminum is SHARP try not to rub against it you may get a cut.
Other than that the only other con is that the front fan doesn't have a vent for air flow (I'll be drilling one in for mine).

Other Thoughts: Pretty decent overall.
