3 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: Very nice case, even if it is thin gauge steel. Lots of room inside. Plenty of external & internal bays of various sizes.

Cons: Font panel audio connection cable is too short. Would not reach to the back of the motherboard where the audio pin header is located. I was able to fabricate a small extension cable which was not an easy thing to do. Don't they measure these cables to reach to the back of their own case? You never know where the manufacturer will place their headers.
2-star reduction for Apex stupidity.

Other Thoughts: Finally found a use for this case for an older Gigabyte motherboard with Pentium D CPU.

4 out of 5 eggsIt's alright

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Edges are really sharp, you may actually loose a finger working on this case.
Flimsy. With the side panels off, you'll be afraid to break, bend or warp the remaining peices. You get what you pay for. Cheap!

Other Thoughts: The price may be different when it's your turn to purchase, but I paid 20$ and there was free shipping. For what I paid, I can't complain, and I won't. That why I gave it 4 eggs.

5 out of 5 eggsGood bang for your buck case

Pros: This case was super easy to work with. My gauge for cases is how high the risk of bloody knuckles are when installing a MB and other components. This one went rather smooth. I also like that it comes with spare PCI brackets.

Cons: NONE

Pros: my comments on this product would violate the review policy, but it was cheap

Cons: my comments on this product would violate the review policy, so I can't tell you that it is junk and a total waste of money so I wont do that and let you just guess from the fact that my comments would go against the thing

Other Thoughts: my comments on this product would violate the review policy

5 out of 5 eggsNice Case

Pros: Under $20 shipped. It's not for a gaming rig and does everything I ask of it.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This is an economy case for a light/medium build. If you need more bells and whistles, go spend alot more money on something else.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Price, Decent Case..

Pros: CHEAP!, Front USB, Front Audio

Cons: Flimsy But what can you expect at this price?

Other Thoughts: Got this case for the $19.95 Shell Shocker Price, Was at my door within 2 Days. Installed a ATX LGA 775 Motherboard.
Case Will Fit Two 80MM Fans Or Two 92MM Fans, You can also Fit a 80MM/92MM/120MM on the door if you really want to like I did. With that setup and Arctic Silver 5 I have a Pentium Dual Core 3.0 running at 50C Load in a room thats 74F

5 out of 5 eggsBack to the Basics

Pros: Price and newegg. Perfect for a user who only uses a computer for general use!!

Cons: None for a general user

Other Thoughts: This is a very BASIC case. I've ordered 2 of these in the past & they are suitable for a general user. One I used to build a comp for my 11yr niece & the other was for a customer. Please don't expect a case with all the trimmings. Standard parts will fit inside the case. Again, please keep in mind that this is a VERY BASIC CASE so if you're looking for a case to house some top-shelf components that will generate high temperatures then look else where. This is NOT meant for a gaming rig. However, if you wish to I'm sure you can but beware of cooling and how many components you install. I personally used a old LanParty 250g nForce3 mobo with stock heatsink/fan, a Asus 6800 Ultra, no soundcard, DVD Rom, and one 80x80 fan in the back (exhaust). The other case I used those type of parts. I recommend doing the same. Keep the parts to a minimum and the case will be perfect fit for any general user.

2 out of 5 eggsSub-par performance, not for gaming

Pros: This case is a decent made case that is fairly durable. Slighter sturdier than cheaper cases.

Cons: Poor ventilation, not enough fan space, inconvenient usb locations.

Other Thoughts: The ventilation on this case is extremely poor, I had a modest gaming rig with a raid setup in this case and I have had two hard drives burn up over 2 years. That being said I am a computer technician and have the ventilation setup properly and cables pulled aside. The front fan misses half of the hard drive slots and there is no room for larger fans.

If you want a case for a web browsing single hard drive case, then this is your case. If you have multiple drives and or like to game/overclock look elsewhere.
