2 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware

Pros: Cheap Case, large side panel behind motherboard tray to hide cables and bottom mount PSU with removable dust filter. Mesh design on front of case to allow for max airflow (see cons for fan mount trouble)

Cons: Cheaply designed case, ONLY one terrible quality fan included, shoddy "clip-mount" on the front fan mounts (extreme "pain in the rear" to install screw-mounted fans in ANY of the 4 spots provided on this case). I could not use top rear fan "mount" without cutting the plastic fins off of the plastic vent covering the top rear fan mount. I had to fabricate some metal fan strips to run under the plastic vent assembly while mounting the fan on the OUTSIDE of case due to the close proximity of the motherboard tray. Extremely frustrating fan mounts that all require some modification just to hold fans. No dust filtration on the front of case.

Other Thoughts: Poorly designed fan placement for any type of case fan mounts.

5 out of 5 eggslove this for budget builds

Pros: I keep buying these cases for budget builds for around $40 after rebate/discount.

You can't beat it for that price. Everything in it works, I've never had one come defective in any way.

Only comes with 1 fan, so you'd typically want to at least have a second 120mm to install as exhaust in either the rear panel or the top panel.

I find the front panel cable lengths to be pretty good.

Theres room to hide cables behind the motherboard plate.

Cons: only comes wiht one fan maybe

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case Great Price

Pros: Cool design IMO, very roomy can fit large GPU's with a breeze good ventilation good space to tuck away cables nice smoked side window the price i bought mine for 50$ lots of available fan upgrades. Has the features and looks of a 100$ case.

Cons: only thing i didn't like was the fact that it only came with one fan its pretty decent nothing special but will have to buy more fans to match the blue led's not a issue though.

Other Thoughts: If your on a budget and need something good without breaking the bank get this boy for under 55$ its a good deal

5 out of 5 eggsquestion - RAIDMAX Helios ATX-819WB

Pros: question about the top rear mounted 120mm fan...

Cons: question about the fan top rear

Other Thoughts: does the top panel remove enough to allow good access through the fan cutout on the top back end/ none of the videos i saw on YouTube or NewEgg show that feature.
the case appears riveted in place along the top frame joints.
i'd assume another fan could be placed there but not sure if the space allows a water cool fan with radiator in the area upper inside ?

4 out of 5 eggsGood solid case. Not bad looking either

Pros: It has enough room for a Zalman 9900 CPU cooling fan and it's is good for cable management.

The doors are easy to take off and put back on and if you practice good house keeping with your cables you shouldn't have an issue putting them back up.

It's modular enough to work in many types of configurations for hardware. Airflow is surprisingly good. My CPU runs 30 degrees Celsius and below under load.

The fan that comes with the case is powerful and has a sexy blue LED glow that is epic.

Cons: The case fan has a molex connector which is way too short. I had to connect it to my power supply directly so it runs loud which isn't fun. It should come with at least an extension.

The case the back ports for cables don't have rubberized edges which can be annoying when they dig into the cords that you push back there for cable management and there are not enough of them. Difficult getting some of the power cords to the motherboard through the back.

Other Thoughts: I bought the case for a PC I was building for my nephew . He picked it out. After working on the CASE for 3 hours with the build and looking at the finished product I think I will build a PC for myself; it will probably be a Raidmax case. It's a good price and if you like the looks you shouldn't worry about the rest to much. It's good to go.

4 out of 5 eggsIt has become SUPER.

Pros: This is actually the super helios version, and it has the USB 3.0 in the front panel. The build makes it extremely roomy for any size card.

The unit came with extra screws and tie straps, and was well packaged. I truly likw the amount of fans you can put in this thing for the price I got it at.

Cons: Others had received more than one fan, but I just got the one. $15 at a local tiegrr direkt. fixed that issue.

I also was expecting more HDD trays like the video had shown, but it only comes with 3. more can be purchased though.

Other Thoughts: The handles on the back are interesting. don't see too much point in those with how often I might open my case. The side window is smoke color rather than clear. Not a big issue for me in the least.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: Overall Amazing! The fan that comes with the Helios has amazing power. Wire management areas are incredibly roomy keeps all unnecessary wires and cables out of the way. Easy access panels all around, all panels including the face were easily removed. Light weight before I added all my computer components. Arrived super quickly.

Cons: Very pliable material still able to use this to my advantage. Booklet naming all the plugs missed the USB 3.0 plug I had to pop the front off to figure out what it was.

Other Thoughts: Great looking Sleek Case

3 out of 5 eggsIt's okay

Pros: It's a cool looking case if you are into the R2D2 robot looking thing which I am. Lots of fan options. Love the toolessness design, especially the hard drive tray. Low priced.

Cons: It really is cheapo feeling case. I mean I read that about this case time and again in the reviews before buying it but it is even worse than I expected. You can VERY easily bend it with your bare hand in multiple places on the frame and case sides. And on that note the side doors don't align completely. This is NOT the case for people who change out parts constantly. I would gladly have paid anothe $50 for a sturdier design.

Also, would have been nice to have the option of installing a 140MM fan.

Other Thoughts: I am decently happy with the case now that I have everything in and am up and running. Really does look super cool as long as I don't touch it :)

If I could have a do over on my purchase I probably would go with a different, lesser cool looking but sturdier case.
