5 out of 5 eggsCost effective case

Pros: Lightweight and plenty of space. Case feels solid. HDD wouldn't work with tool free piece but easy enough to screw into place.

Cons: None

3 out of 5 eggsCheap, could be better.

Pros: It is a case
Looks good
Has side pannel window
Has front pannel USB 3.0
Low cost

Cons: Low build quality
Low power supply quality
Very little cable management space

Other Thoughts: The power supply is made usung low quality components, buy one seperately
The power supply fan filter is pretty useless
The HDD indicator light is almost blinding
The included fan is adverage
The included power supply has a 4-pin connector, not suitable for high power consumption builds.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome bang for your buck

Pros: Plenty of room, rounded edges, plenty of ventilation, awesome design, user friendly.

Cons: No cable management room, somewhat flimsy materials, installing a fan in the front is a pain.

Other Thoughts: Amazing case/ PSU combo for the price. I'm using it for a low end budget build that i built a year ago and the PSU is still going strong. Would recommend for a first build or budget build.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks for me

Pros: Bottom mounted Power Supply
Screw less installation of drives is nice
Plenty of fan slots
passable Power Supply included

Cons: Included Power supply does not have cable length to reach all optical drive slots
Easily fixed rattling noise caused by top fan mount vibrating after I installed a fan. (really all you have to do is put something with weight on top or just use sticky tac to secure it to the fan.
Only enough screw less mounts for half of the drive slots for both optical drives and hard drives.

Other Thoughts: The pros list might be shorter but the cons list is full of minor gripes that are easily fixed. That Power supply was only temporary for me anyway and I always have a ton of screws laying around for mounting drives. I find the fan noise is out weighed by the number of fans that I can have, even though I really don't need that many, it's still cool to know that I could use more if I wanted.

A pretty good case for a budget build if you don't have the money to spend on a better power supply.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case!

Pros: PSU mounted on bottom. 4 5.25" drive bays (who ever has more than 1 optical drive?) comes with power supply. Tool free removal of drives. Decent cable routing through the back of the case and behind motherboard tray and drive bays, Nice window so I can admire my gear. Nice top 2 fan vent. Supports external pump and reservoir water cooling as well as the all-in-one water block/fan units..

Cons: My only cons relate to the PSU, but I guess you get what you pay for(FREE). The power supply is only 500W. The cables are a bit short. If the power goes out, then I have to unplug the power cable and then back in to get the PC to turn on. As being gamer oriented,, I would have expected the PSU to have 2 PCI-e power adapters, but it has only 1.

Other Thoughts: I have had this case for like 13 months and have to say that I like this one. I like that the case has a large top mesh area that supports the all-in-one water CPU water block/fan cooling units. I like that it has a window. I LOVE that the USB, front audio, and power button are on the top. I think it supports decent air flow (as long as your case fans blow in the right direction). I would not hesitate to buy one again as long as the price was right (I got mine on sale).

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage Power Supply-decent case

Pros: Price, case features.

Newegg customer service did a wonderful job regarding the first damaged case.

Cons: Power supply is about as cheap as you can get.
Cables are TOO SHORT for this case. Cables are barely long enough fora mini-tower. Completely useless in a mid-tower.
ATX cable does not even reach the location of the ATX plug on any of the 3 1150 motherboards I tried.

The three included SATA power cables do NOT span the case.
Comes with three device power plugs that are actually longer (and mostly unnecessary) as there are is almost no need for a Floppy disk drive connection in today's computers.

Other Thoughts: Raidmax threw a poor excuse of a power supply in an otherwise decent little case.

Avoid this combination.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Pros: Very solid case. Psu is a true 500 watt. Great Look. USB 3.0 . No DOA PSU. PSU is surprisingly reliable. Moderate water cooling capabilities . Good tooless design. Still need screws on other side though. And once again good shipping and absolute build quality. And Awsome looking

Cons: Cons: Not completely tooless. Psu is quite loud. (But won't affect you if you have headphones)

Other Thoughts: Comments: I had no high expectations. You get what's advertised and it's darn good for me since I'm on a budget.

My Build: This case, Msi z97 Pc Mate, Intel Pentium G3258(3.2ghz)(Oc'ed to 4.0ghz), GEiL Evo 8gb Ram(white), Evga Gtx 750 Ti Sc.

5 out of 5 eggscase is good for the price

Pros: i like the case.. psu is pretty good so far since 2012... bought two of em' and took out one solid side for the other side vent replacement so that more heat is going out... too bad the top doesn't have vent holes... it was expensive to make one case out of two...

Cons: no cons

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case for the money

Pros: Case comes with a 500W PS. Great ventilation (back, side, front, and top). It's generally solid with few/no metal protrusions/snags. One fan (but can accept one or two more). The power supply mount is in the bottom of the case, making it easier to attach the mobo. It arrived unblemished, shipped only in its own box (no additional packing).

Cons: The case comes with brass-colored posts that screw into the side of the case - these are for setting the mobo on. It also comes with three distinct types of screws - and only one of these types actually fit the brass posts !! Be aware of this during assembly so that you choose the right screw.

It also comes with audio and usb ports on the top of the case. I imagine these will collect dust due to their placement. Also, the top of the case is open to ventilation - this could cause more dust to enter the case . . . but I'm not sure since I've not had one like this before. These are mostly known items, which is why I'm not downgrading it.

Other Thoughts: There's a lot that I like about this case. For this kind of build (a server/general purpose computing platform with on-board video), I'd likely buy it again. I think the PS is a bit underpowered if you're looking for a high-end gaming box with really fast video.

Build includes: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 uATX AMD Motherboard, AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX, CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Although not germane to this review, I'm building this as a Linux box for testing LAMP, Openstack, and general purpose desktop computing. I expect the case to provide sufficient cooling for these purposes.

2 out of 5 eggsThe old one did it better

Pros: -Come with PSU
-Cheap
-Side window

Cons: -Terrible cable management
-LOUD PSU
-Only 1 fan was included and it hardly pushes air
-

Other Thoughts: I had the original Altas back in 2011 and I dont remember it being this bad. I had the PSU in the old one for over a year before I sold it to a friend and it was never this noisy (he still has the original PSU and it still whisper quite) and he is running it with a Phenom X4 955 with a HD 6770. I am only running a X3 720 with no GPU and its still loud!. Also the PSU dust filter is not as good as the original Altas. I feel with the overall build quality that the regular atlas was better and this is a step back.
