3 out of 5 eggsAwsome Case, bad power Button

Pros: Great Case looks awsome And Led's are a nice add on plenty of room.

Cons: Plastic details are rather fragile and power button just little over 1 month has already went out on me

Other Thoughts: Kinda upset on how the power button already doesnt work but other than that still very happy with its overall quatily.

4 out of 5 eggsWilliam Haugen

Pros: Great case, I got it because I needed a case that would fit a full atx board for upgrade-ablility down the road. Love the HDD Bay down below with the 3 80mm fans, great for multiple drives. Overall a great case for the price! Also I love the built-in fan controller, really helps cool things down when overclocking. Plastic decorations looks great as well.

Cons: I wish that there was more cable management room! Its like a wrestling match to get just the 24pin to be unseen. Also the decorative plastic seems very breakable, nothing was broken when it arrived though. One other downside is that I do not think there is a way to get a double rad water cooler to go on top, which doesn't concern me but might to others.

Other Thoughts: Great for the price! Cannot complain about anything too much since its a case that will fit full atx without breaking the bank.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat case...horrible customer service

Pros: Best bang for the buck dollar for dollar as far as full size cases go. Tons of room for cable management and ssd and hdd. Plenty of included fans and the left slots for liquid cooling as well.

Cons: My biggest gripe with Raidmax is there super poor customer service. When I bought my case the front panel and rear vent had damage to them. They happily sent me the front grill and 120mm fan free of charge no questions asked. They sent me a green led case fan. No biggie...the original fan still worked. When I asked about ALL THE OTHER DAMAGED parts they asked for a receipt. I bought mine from a reseller and knew they wouldnt cover my cost and asked up front to pay for replacement parts. After a couple of nasty emails they finally gave me a total and I have my new parts. My case is 100% functional and in total I paid $40 for my Agusta.

Other Thoughts: I really like this case and I got one in perfect working conditiln for $40. I could have done without the attitude or limited support hours and paypal only replacement parts. I think for the other 9 computers in my office I will go with NZXT instead. Better quality, better support, and from previous experience, more appreciative of their customers.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: I bought this case to replace my Helios case, as the side door on my Helios was not doing very well (i accidentally kicked the side). This case has awesome features, and the fan controller is nice feature I didn't have before. fans are easy to swap out.

Cons: came with white fans, which is clearly labeled, but I hate white fans, so I swapped in green sickle flow fans.

Other Thoughts: the stock LED fans have two 3 pin connectors, one for LED, one for fan. The fans I put in only have one 3 pin. I was worried that they might not work for some reason, but they do, all fans are connected under the fan wiring connected to the fan controller, so one of the knobs controls both fan speeds and LED brightness, which is ok for me.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Spacious
Cool design
Cable management
Bottom mounted PSU
Tools-free kit (for DVD drives) is not mandatory for those who don't prefer it
Separate HDD bay that opens from both sides and is cooled by 3 dedicated fans

Cons: Tools-free drive mounts (for DVD drives) feel very cheap. I wouldn't trust them to hold up a drive. At least you can remove them and use screws instead for better stability

Other Thoughts: Had to RMA the first case. It arrived broken, the front 120mm fan and it's place holder were smashed in and some screw holders broke off with it. Don't know if it was a factory or shipping event that caused this. But Newegg's customer service was awesome and I received the new case today.

Tested the case with a test motherboard and PSU. Very easy to place them in. The top 2 120mm fans make it a tad difficult to get at the screw holes at the top of a motherboard. They can be removed and put back in simply enough if the MB doesn't have the CPU heatsink already installed.

The fans that came with the case seem quiet (at least compared to my current build) and feel like they move air decently enough for a medium to lower high performance rig. I plan on replacing the fans with ones of my preference though and keeping these as spares.

Overall great case and awesome service from Newegg

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Case

Pros: Very sturdy case with easy ways to add and remove everything but the motherboard, and even that goes in and comes out without much effort.

Cons: My only con is that the wiring for the fan's speed and LED controls are a bit confusing. I had to unplug some of mine during the installation process and now I have a few extra that don't connect to anything when I'm sure they were all connected originally. No big deal since everything still runs fine. Fans are a little loud at start up but after that you just hear that calming little hum.

Other Thoughts: Definitely worth the price!

5 out of 5 eggsLoved my new case but with minor cosmetic

Pros: Got it, open, install my stuff and it work, everything that is, i was very happy with my purchase.

Cons: minor cosmetic problem like what i read from other reviews about very minor plastic holding breaking etc. Grab the case with everything in it, carried it and then...heard some loose object inside, opened it and it was the coverings of the disc port...whew...but everything else was fine.

Other Thoughts: after getting it, some of the expectations from other reviews actually came true like minor cosmetic...i.e. not good at explaining but I'll try...small plastic tube like that holds the front frame of the tower located on the side if you remove those disc cover, above the white opening part which is loose if i nudge it, which was suppose to be stable T_T, but i could care less...everything else is in pretty good shape. Looked like my buddy went through a "hell of a time" from point A to point B.....Don't know if it was packaging or delivery's fault, but "they/towercase" have feelings too. But all in all I was happy that everything still works and is stable enough. All the stuff I got from Newegg are still alive so I'm still confident about the service. 5 egg FTW with minor cosmetic.
