5 out of 5 eggsFirst case bought from Newegg, and I'll definitely come back to buy more stuff!

Pros: I love this case. It's the first one I have ever bought and assembled a computer in, and I feel Like I made a great decision on a case to start out with.

It's very roomy, no need to worry about space constraints, will fit big graphics cards (I have a 550ti, but My buddy can fit his Titan in there no problem), and it won't take up any of the 5.25 drive bays. I can do some sick cable management in this case, due to the sheer amount of room in the front of the case as well as the back. The popped out areas in the back serve as great places to tuck cables away into.

The handle on the top is very sturdy, I can carry my rig with just the handle and have no worries about it breaking off or coming apart.

The fan controller is great, though 1 fan and 1 LED controller lead have adapters (I think) that you can't plug anything into that I'm aware of. The LED fans give off an almost eerie green glow (which I love) and it looks really nice with the other aesthetics of the case. Also, I love how the fans for the hard drive bay use molex plugs. Maybe it's just me, but it's more convenient than having to run fan wires to the motherboard.

Cooling is not a problem with this case, running my stock FX-4100 CPU fan while I game, I will hit 40-45 degrees Celcius max. The 7 fans included work wonderfully and do a great job keeping everything cool.

The tool-less bays are wonderful. it's nice to be able to pretty much slap a disc drive in there, put the clip in and be done with it.

I love the hard drive bay, I love everything about it. My drives are all compartmentalized and easy to change out if one goes bad. The three fans in that area are great for keeping mechanical drives cool, and the drive cages are nice and sturdy as well.

Cons: The only cons I have are:

The fan/LED controller listed above, where a wire of each had a (adapter?)plug on it, where I couldn't plug any fans into.

The pre-installed standoffs did not match the motherboard screws that came with the case, though I just used my original screws and everything fits fine. I dunno if this is a constant problem, but it happened with mine.

I don't know if you could consider this a con, but the front header just doesn't work well with the case. I mean, one of the reasons I bought it was because it's styled after Gundam, but the power button, power LED, and HDD LED just seem too simple and bland with the case. Also that they are located on the top of the case, to where I can't see the LEDs if I have the case sitting on my desk. Plus, it's very tall, so reaching up from my chair to turn it on is kind of a chore.

Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a beautiful case, with the quality of the case after I received it, you would have thought I spent a lot more on it than I did. As I said before, I do not regret this purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsLove the case but.

Pros: Ok the case is great...far better than my old full tower. The hard drive bays rock. That was the biggest selling point for me. My ssd's and v-raptors fit in there great.

Cons: Ok cons...well the case got messed up in shipping. I can not knock newegg for UPS messing things up. But it did not hurt how the case works. Mine did not come will a spot for side fans like the video. Again i can not knock newegg for that. Even tho the side fan is not even needed still a con. The fan control is lacking. I mean turned up the fans do not spin all that fast.

Other Thoughts: They say the case in 9in wide...not true at all. I do not count the hdd bays as part of the case. I have to say it is a great case I should get years of use out of it like i did my 7 year old sunbeam case. To everyone crying about plastic parts breaking. Use your head not you muscles. DUH!

5 out of 5 eggs5 Eggs.

Pros: Had this for about a week now.
Very solid feel and construction (except the decorative plastic of course. I fear I may break em someday).

Top 2 and the 1 front fan are Clear 120mm fans with Green LED's.
Fan/LED control works very well.
Roomy to fit almost anything.
I am especially loving the separate bottom storage area.

Cons: One of the fans are a little loud, and seems faulty.
Good enough for now, but one should never depend on stock case fans for long term use.

Front panel audio cable is TOO SHORT. It runs diagonally across my motherboard.

The bottom 80mm fans are LOUD. I turn them off. Storage don't get that hot anyways.

I have a feeling the fans aren't going to last long.

Other Thoughts: KEEP IN MIND: The white version and this version have slightly different specs. For example, side door fan. I thought only difference was the colors, but I don't mind.

Rebate: You have to postmark within 15 days of purchase. This is a tight schedule considering shipping time, etc.

4 out of 5 eggsLooks great, on the outside

Pros: Big and roomy, exactly why I bought it. No Micro ATX here. (a micro would look dwarfed in there...)
Stock fans work and are moderately quiet.
Everyone says it looks like transformers, which was not the look I was going for, but whatever, I just think it looks cool. Great looks in fact.

Cons: 1. On-board cable management is average at best, needed reworking. (I had to use extenders, since its so roomy :)
2. Needs larger holes and/or placement, for the hdd cables access. (I fabricated a bent metal "sheath" to bridge the power supply over to the forward drive bays, and painted it black, like on some higher end cases, to hide ugly wiring trying to fit through the tiny slots.)

3. A con for me, I don't know why the same company cannot use a standardized system for their products. meaning, their screw-less bay design and the hdd racks are not compatible with of my 2 other Raidmax cases! Maybe because its new.

I totally abandoned the dimmable light and fan features that came with it. Just to much hastle and wrong set up for using different fans, which I did end up doing, see "other thoughts."

Not really a con, but I noticed after I bought it that there was no 3.5 bay, or adapter, so I had to buy an adapter.

All in all a great case, great lines and looks, but needs a few design updates, so an egg off.

Other Thoughts: The stock fans work great and are quiet. However I replaced them all with silenx blue fans. Works great, very quiet for my studio.

Clearly raidmax's first gen of this lower hdd design so it needs some tweaks or home modifications, but I think it is a great idea over all, specifically the lower isolated and cooled 6 hdd bays.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: Very solid construction, only thing that bothers me a bit is the front door, it feels a bit flimsy, but I dont mind cause Ill probably never open it. Its so roomy, wire management is a breeze in this case, especially with all the ties and velcro straps it comes with. Fans glow a beautiful green. HDD Installation is simple, the 3 80mm fans keeps them and my Power supply cool. The 120's push so much air through the case and are surprisingly quiet. The fan controller works well, can turn the lights off if I want to watch a movie in the dark. This case has more than enough room to fit any Graphic Card. I love the screwless installation, makes swapping anything out easy. Definitely a great buy.

Cons: Like I said, the front door feels a bit flimsy, like if I accidentally used to much pressure, it would probably come off. As I said before, I dont mind it because of the drive bays above the door, so really not worth taking an egg of for that.

Other Thoughts: I saw someone saying that some of the plugs of the fan controller didnt go anywhere, those are extras to hook more fans up to the controller. I got this case when it was on sale, $94 with free shipping. Not a hiccup, case came in pristine condition. I love the Fed-Ex guy, when he dropped it off at my house, he couldnt come in the gate, so he set the case by my trash cans just inside the gate and leaned my recycling bin against it, so it looked like trash and no one would take it. This case is worth every penny in my opinion.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful Case

Pros: Snap fittings: The fact that I can snap fit my HDD, DVD-ROM, and other components makes installation easy. I don't have to worry about putting a screw here or there. I love that feature.

Space: This case is great on space. There is so much room inside for movement. I found putting in my parts to be quite easy and effortless as compared to some leading cases.

Design & Style: It is very cool looking. I buy cases that have designs because a box is boring. This case makes it look alien-ish and I like that. Well worth the money for the design.

Misc.: This case doesn't seem easy to break. In fact, there was an instance where something should have broken off, but instead it stayed in place. The case fits well under my desk and makes little to no sound at all.

Cons: Out of the box, there was only one issue I found that is easily remedied (I'm not afraid to fix a chassis issue). The front fan cover holding the fan in place seems to have broken off in a corner and moves around. I believe this is an issue during shipping considering I live in a big town and UPS can be a bit rough with packages.

This was easily fixed with a little bit of glue and some patience. There isn't any other issue I've had with this case.

Other Thoughts: I really love the design of this case and, if you're looking for something outside the box, you will too. Especially if you're a gamer. Cases with the simple box design can be quite boring.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Roomy, well laid out, looks good

Cons: The pre-wired fan/LED cables have the wrong ends on them, unless I'm completely missing something, in which case the manual is utterly lacking in information.

1 out of 5 eggsCable started smoking

Pros: It's a very pretty paper weight.

Cons: Was in the build process when I went to test parts. Plugged it in and turned it on, fans ran fine for about 30 seconds then stopped suddenly. Turned it off, tried to turn it back on when an LED cable started smoking. Did nothing from the time the fan was working to the time the cable started smoking, clearly a problem with the case.
