SilverStone Redline series RL03B-W-USB 3.0 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: This case is absolutely amazing for its price. It's all aluminum with a ton of space (was able to fit a gigabyte 7870, which is huge, with 2 inches to spare), it has many drive bays and the tool-less design works perfectly. It has amazing cable management, i was able to put everything behind the back plate with some cable ties, and very good air flow. Overall a very great case, couldn't get better for 60 bucks.

Cons: Getting the face plate off was a tad annoying but it's only because of the screws design and placement, but its not all that bad.

Other Thoughts: Keeps my 7870, and i5 3470 very cool. Only 45c under load!

Pros: First I must say that this case excited me. It's very difficult to find a mid-tower case in the $50 range that has all the features this case has. My main focus is the filtering. The shield shape design in the front is also the filter for the main intake fans. the filter is on the inside, and difficult to remove, but it's a good density, and should help keep a lot of dust out of the case. Even the PSU and the front 5.25" bays are filtered. There is also a large magnetic screen that can be placed over the dual intake location on the top of the case. Although it has weak magnets and is really awkward, it is something small that you won't find on onyone else's case! The case has a really good black finish with minimal color diffences between the metal and plastic components. The inside of the case is also black, and seemed to be done really well with little to no metal showing. The case itself is a matte black coat that does get fingerprints on it, but they only show up in heavy light.. a simple wipe of a rag fixes that. The side window is just flat out beautiful. it is a good size, and focuses attention to the CPU and GPU's. I see so many cases with windows that have fan mounts on them, and I think they are tacky and ugly as snot. I love a good clean window that does it's job... show off your interior without being blocked by an ugly fan or unfiltered holes! Overall the case is fairly lightweight, but has better than expected sturdiness for it's price range. The USB 3.0 Front panel is a nice touch, and this case comes with more than enough screws for your needs. Although it is not much room, there IS room for a little cable management. Most of the wires have to be ran along the back of the drive cage, but a few can be routed next to the MoBo. I was able to run my SATA, fan, front panel, and a few other cables very neatly. I would have loved a small cutout next to the CPU power plug, but c'mon... it's a $50 case!

Cons: One pain is the PSU filter. It's amazing that a case of this cost has one, so a little effort on my part is no big deal. You have to remove the PSU to remove the filter to clean it. Purchasing a modular PSU will definately help in cleaning it. The top mounted filter is kinda odd... it has really weak magnets and is kind of a sore spot just sitting on top of the case, but once again... it's a filter on a $50 case! I'll leave it on without fans just to help prevent dust from settling into the case through the fan holes. This case does have toolless bays, providing a few toolless locks for both the 5.25" and drive bays. The are really kind of cheaply made, and don't lock down devices hard, but they do work, and do just fine for a case that doesn't move. If you take your PC to LAN parties, or on the road a lot, you would want to screw down the other side of the device anyways. This board does not use true standoffs for the motherboard. instead you have stamped standoffs punched in the tray. They seem to work just fine, but I would suggest making sure none of them are scratched before installing the motherboard. Scratches on these painted standoffs could cause electrical shorts if the motherboard isn't set on them right. There are also zero tiedown spots on the back of the motherboard tray to tie down the wiring with. You can tie down some of the bunches an connect them to the drive cage, but a few spots on the back of the board tray would be nice@

Other Thoughts: Overall, this is an amazing sexy case. I will be adding another 120mm red LED fan (comes with 1) to the front of the case, and probably an exhaust fan in the back. I am just amazed that a +/-$50 case has all the room and features of this case. I would HIGHLY recommend it to others!
