Pros: Lightweight but solid case.
Has Venting where the PSU unit goes for PSUs with a 120mm fan.

Cons: The Filter door on the right side, where the two 60mm fans mount, completely covers 2/3s of the right hand fan and about 1/5 of the left fan. It also only has enough filter space for about 1 fan. If you're only using the 1 60mm fan (specifically, the left fan, the one closer to the center), this case would probably be fine. But the right fan is all but useless unless you open the door or remove it..

One other drawback, the 120mm fan space over the PSU does not have filter material on it, but to my knowledge, most Server PSUs draw from the back, not the bottom.

Other Thoughts: I just removed the right door and put my own filter material over the fan intakes, works fine, but if I order a case with filter material, I expect to be able to use it.....

I'm also not sure the PSU venting is even on the right side, I didn't check.

I disassembled part of the case to take a look at some things, and I found that one of the rack mounting brackets had the screw holes that attach it to the case misaligned. It came per-assembled, so it wouldn't normally be a problem, but to get it back together, I had to grind out the holes some. But it does indicate poor quality work to me.
