5 out of 5 eggsThe Light Show.

Pros: The Case is an eye catcher. With the ability to do everything. It shows off your components, and reeks of power . With all the colorful leds available, My gamer is a show off. at least 10 people I know, now want one.

Cons: absolutely none

Other Thoughts: If the pwr were mtd on the bottom, this would be a near perfect case. The cooling system is perfect. I shoved a three port fan unit in the top. It is really, really cool, no heat. nothing over 43c , when putting full load on system.

5 out of 5 eggsAs Advertised, and More

Pros: I don't know what some people expect out of a case, but this little guy has served me for years now with no complaints. It's survived three moves, LAN parties, drops and operating in the heat of a garage during summer time. For what it is, you can't really ask for much more. It looks good with the light from the UV LED's on the fans, and with two UV cold cathodes, it really lights up. Great for impressing people who have very little computer knowledge. It's also light, since the entire thing weighs only a couple pounds plus the weight of parts, so it's not a total PITA when you're hauling it to and from LAN parties, friends' apartments, etc. This case served me well and has now been passed on to another for even more years of use.

Fingerprints are only a problem if you play with the case more than you should. I used a strap to carry it from place to place rather than putting my hands all over it, and had a mind to wear gloves during assembly/dis-assembly.

Cons: The screws and generally assembly that hold expansion cards to the back of the case are pretty weak. However, if you don't require your cards to be bolted down by 65 ft/lbs of force, you'll be fine. I had my doubts about things staying in during the first couple of moves, but even though the screws can't really tighten down all the way, nothing came out of place. The only real con is that the front HDD activity LED is too bright! I can easily read by the light of that thing from across a completely dark room. I don't understand why this was necessary for the front panel of a case, but it is what it is. Black electrical tape solved this problem quite nicely.

Other Thoughts: This is really a great little case. It's given me years of service, and continues to do its job. With a little care during assembly and transport, this case will always impress people wherever it goes.

1 out of 5 eggsChintzy. Flimsy. You get what you pay for.

Pros: UV reactive acrylic as advertised. Every fan hole is 120mm which makes it quieter. Fair amount of disk mounting space. Yes this is purplish in incandescent light, don't know why that surprises people.

Cons: Wrong case for watercooling. Fit is poor. The case is held together by chromed plastic topped screws on thin acrylic, so it has no real ability to bear weight. My powersupply is leaning over in the case because of this. If you are looking to mount a reservoir you will want a drive bay style and forget mounting a 2x120 radiator on the side, the mounting holes are wrong. You will want 2 1x120 rads instead. The motherboard mount is integrated into one side panel, which means if you need to put screws on both sides of the drive bay you have to pull the motherboard, which is super annoying. Cable management on the interior was difficult. Plan on having to buy screws because you need more of longer length to get everything squared away.

Other Thoughts: It would have been nice to have 2 120mm cutouts for the front panel.
This case is cheap and you get what you pay for. When I stop and consider the extra expense, time and work to make this case do what I needed suddenly the $200 cases justify their value.

4 out of 5 eggsinteresting project

Pros: Makes a very interesting weekend project, I built this case and put my old system in it for my wife. The 'UV Blue' is purple btw, but that was what she wanted anyway, so it saved me from having to buy replacement LED fans. The case looks great once its setup and everything fits together perfectly, it also glows under black lighting.

Cons: Plan ahead. Put your hard drives into the hard drive holder BEFORE you install it into the case, and dont put the motherboard in until AFTER you have secured all of your HDDs and ODDs in place. Once the motherboard is installed, the only way to remove the back panel to access the drive mounting screws is to remove the motherboard.

Construction should go Case, Install HDD into holder, install holder, install ODDs and HDD holder, install motherboard, install power supply, make all connections, complete case.

Also, the chrome painted thumb screws that come with it are kind of cheap, the chrome paint flakes right off but they work.

Upgrades to any of the drives, ODD or HDD will be a nightmare. As mentioned before, to install them or change them out, you have to remove the back panel to get access to the screws, which necessitates removing the motherboard from the case.

Other Thoughts: Be advised, the case is a little flimsy until fully assembled. I would still recommend this case to anyone looking to do something different. It was a fun project to work on.

4 out of 5 eggsSexy Sexy.... BUT!

Pros: Acrylic... Lovely concept when you have plenty inside your case to show-off. Lots of fans space, good with a Corsair H50 cooler (hoses still gets very close to the fans but hey..)
UV Cold cathode fans make the case glow a bit more, I added some 12" cold cathode UV kits and it gave this thing a "Icebox" look.

Cons: Cable management = nightmare
Opening the computer to switch parts = nightmare
Switching HDDs = nightmare
Dust = nightmare
Fingerprints = nightmare

You see the point ^^

Other Thoughts: Otherwise than this, its a cool looking project. Perfect to show off internal components to customers, even though i got to clean the case twice a week.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy work around

Pros: I am somewhat partial to the steampunk mentality. I love to see the inter workings of the things I use daily. There aren't many options for me to indulge in this desire so when I saw this case I absolutely fell in love with it. (I actually swapped out another case after I saw this one.) The air flow is amazing and my compact corsair CPU water cooler fits snugly inside. It is a beautiful box for a beautiful computer.

Cons: I have none. Because I am smart.

Other Thoughts: everyone complains that you have to take both sides off in order to install anything in the 5.25" bays. This is because they simply don't think outside the box. Due to the fact that you have to assemble the whole thing yourself when you get it, you can take off any side you choose. Rather than taking off the two side panels like you would for a normal case, I find that taking the front panel off with the drive mount attached is an opportune way of installing new hardware, it takes less time. If you need to unplug some devices while you are working, then take off the top when re'assembling so that you can put your arm down the back of the rack and plug everything back in again. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. Ahh for the love of modular design.

5 out of 5 eggsWONDERFUL CASE

Pros: 9 bays unless you use the front fan panel.
the UV blue and being able to see inside without taking it apart. I build computers for people, and it's an extreme bonus to be able to show them what can be put in a case without having to open everything.

Cons: it did'nt actually say the 120mm fans came with it, so I purchased three 120mm fans as well, but thats not worth even .5 a star. You have to remove both sides to add, remove any devices that go in the 5.25 bays.

Other Thoughts: Make a two piece design for the mobo side, so that you don't have to take the whole side off to just access the mounting screws for any 5.25 devices.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I love the blue, and the fans. the case is sturdy, and simple to build.

Cons: it came with three uv fans that are 120mm and did'nt actually say it came with any. the second is that it has a 80mm and did'nt come with one at all for that. NOT worth removing even half an egg for, just letting others know.

Other Thoughts: include an 80mm fan, or the option of not usinging it without leaving the fan hole open.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME

Pros: Awesome, beautiful case. No need for extra lights. fun to put together. easy instructions.

Cons: fingerprints, some say 2 and a half hours is too much but i thought it was fun. missing some fan grills and fans but meh, they give you 3 12mm fans and one 12mm fan grill.

Other Thoughts: i would recommended this to anyone, it looks amazing!

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: Clear, UV reactive, big, lots of room for fans.

Cons: Only came with three fans but has room for seven, scratches very easily, doesn't fit together perfectly, is a real pain to open up if you need to change something.
