3 out of 5 eggsGreat case, customer support not so much...

Pros: Unique, good airflow & quiet fans, power supply adequate for low power system (like an Atom), LED case fans (if they work), good selection of front ports (including eSATA)

Cons: Tight fit (to be expected from a mini-ITX, but not much room for PCI cards and CPU coolers...I am using a 2.5" HDD which really helps), poor customer support (had a bad fan when it arrived... fan was missing a few LED's. SunbeamTech was good enough to RMA it and send a replacement, but the replacement was not the same color/brightness as the original and did not match the second original fan that worked. When I contacted them again, they suggested that I purchase one of their case fans in order to guarantee an LED color match. I am not crazy about purchasing something from someone to make up for their lack of quality control...bad enough I had to pay to ship the bad fan back to them)

Other Thoughts: My son and I are building a system for him to do some schoolwork and light-to-medium gaming...went mini-ITX mainly because we had a mini-ITX mobo on hand, and he fell in love with this case. As far as mini-ITX cases go, this is one of the most unique, which is why my son chose it, and we got a great deal considering the rebate. Because of the rebate and the fact that my son loves the case, we will likely spend a few bucks and get some case fans of choice, NOT made by SunbeamTech.

Also, since this is acrylic, watch the static! Handling it is like rubbing a balloon on your head...

Pros: Case works and looks great. This case does accommodate micro-ATX PSUs with fans on the bottom.

Cons: * I didn't use the PSU that it came with, it wouldn't have had enough power for my system. It was easy enough to put in a different PSU.
* The bracket for the PSU doesn't leave enough room to use the PCI-e slot on the motherboard.
* One of the LEDs in one of the front fans didn't light up.

Other Thoughts: * With the PSU I ended up using, I didn't have room for any drive in the 5.25" bay. A controller panel might fit there well still.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet

Pros: This case has great air flow!!! the 60mm fans are in a great spot and bring in plenty of air to keep every thing cool. Quiet fans. Its the size of a shoe box.

Cons: It squeeks a little (Plastic on plastic). The screws all have plastic heads. The 150w psu is kind of a joke unless your going atom. Its the size of a shoe box.

Other Thoughts: I put a 300w in this even though it only says to use upto a 250, and it seems to be doing ok. The buttons look a little cheap in the pic but there great. Its a little hard to work on but thats to be expected because of its size.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Case,

Pros: Case material is thick - it feels solid and inspires condfidence. Cover comes off easily, finished product looks great! Airflow through the case is nice - front fans take it in, PSU fan spits it out. The one problem I've had with other cases in the past is that if they get airflow wrong, the motherboards will overheat which does not seem to be an issue with this case.

Cons: 3.5" HDD is almost too big for this case, mounts should have been built for notebook HDD instead - there would have been enough room for more than one HDD then! The CPU fan almost hits the HDD. HDD needs to be installed after motherboard so you can easliy make motherboard connections but this means you have to take off the entire front panel to slide HDD in. The power supply mount should not have been put in the middle of the case - if it were off to the side they could very easily have allowed for a PCI slot.

Other Thoughts: Despite my ling list of cons, I would buy this case again because of the looks.

4 out of 5 eggsNot a bad case

Pros: Beautiful. Solid build, fairly simple to open, good airflow, wired well. Looks like a piece of art.

Shipped: thoroughly enclosed in 2 inches of sold foam padding then wrapped in foam fabric.

Cons: The box was unsealed so I didnt know what to expect, it also rattled. The only thing missing was the screwdriver. But I have my own tool kits so that was no big deal. The rattle was a broken piece of plexiglass from a hole smashed in the bottom of the case. The case had struck a hard sharp object prior to being boxed up. No damage shows in the styrofoam so this was on the factory floor.
Should have a better way to get the mobo in, I am old with large hands and bad eyes so it was no picnic doing this one. The lack of a PCI slot opening means I am stuck with iNtel 950 integrated VGA

Other Thoughts: Directions are minimalist but adequate.
No PCI slot.
Very tight fit getting the mobo in and wired up.
Not a case one will open often to tinker with the contents ;-)
I think I will stick with larger cases in the future, but this is a sweet little Atom 330 server case. No regrets.
