5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I have a red ASUS VENTO 3600, and as usual, the ASUS designer(s) did a very good job. As far as I can see, nothing comes close in cosmetics, quality, and value. Buy one for yourself, and you'll see what I mean.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: When you work with this tower, make sure you protect it with a cloth on the edges because of its unique design.

3 out of 5 eggsKinda stylish, color different from pics

Pros: Looks awesome shape-wise, has plenty of room for almost anything you could think of, quick delivery.

Cons: Color differs drastically from the photos on the website. I ordered the blue version, which is portrayed as a deep cobalt blue on the site. The case I actually received is more of a... teal. Irritated by this 'Malibu Edition' version.

Other Thoughts: UPS is not the shipping service I would choose. I got the largest package first but will now have to wait another three days to get the essential internal parts. Ridiculous.

2 out of 5 eggsfront door is horrid

Pros: easy to open side door, good airflow and has a unique scifi kinda look to it. typical room for accessories and wiring, case itself is standard inside aside from screwless design

Cons: front door is hard to open and close, requires some force and then it snaps up very suddenly and loud when it hits the top of the case

Other Thoughts: they need an actual button to open the door, along with some means to slow its motion down so that it opens slower and not so suddenly..definitly a cheap kinda case

5 out of 5 eggsPlenty O Room

Pros: Plenty of room in this case. I plan to add additional upgrades and should have no problem adding to this. A good investment to make sure I can stay current with all my hardware.

Cons: The side of the case that is not supposed to be removed came loose during shipping and was very difficult to get back on.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks great, nice paint, nice LEDS, easy to use, front connections for headphones, mic and usb.

Cons: Different color than what was shown in the pics. Its brighter blue. Front door flies up if youre not careful, they couldve used a little shock absorber rather than springs.

Other Thoughts: This case was exactly what I thought it was. Granted it is a little bigger than I thought it would be. My setup - Asus a8n32sli, WD 250g HD, Asus DVD-RW, antec sp500w, 2x 6800's, X-fi. I have no issues what so ever with how much room is inside the case. I still have 3 usable slots left. I dont see how people have any problems with space. The side cover comes off VERY easy with the twist of the relase handle. Putting the cover back on takes getting used to but its by no means difficult. It is a little heavy, but not a tank like everyone else makes it out to be. Also, I reccomend using the screws to hold your accessories in rather than the quick connects. I have NO cooling problems, mobo - 39*@ idle, 40* underload. CPU- 45* @idle, 46-47 under load. My only gripe about the case is the lack of cooling for the HDD. It runs a little hot for my taste 52*, but its within spec. Also, when lifting, lift from the center in the front where the connectors are so you dont mess up the LED fins.

2 out of 5 eggsLooks Good But....

Pros: Looks good, nice paint job, and easy flip up cover. But poorly designed.

Cons: You need to think carefully before buying this. It is very fragile, I broke the fin while installing the mobo with very little pressure. Also if you use a firewire sound card like I do you can't place it on top of the system because the top is round. Installing a second hard drive is a pain. The clips don't hold tight so I recommend using screws. Bought because I do a lot of mods, thought the easy access would be great, no way! The side door is hard to get off and a pain to put back on. The inside is very cramped, especially with two graphic cards, and two hard drives.

Other Thoughts: Maybe I got one made on Friday, whatever, just poorly designed. Never realized how often I used the top of my computer to place things.

5 out of 5 eggsBig and Blue

Pros: Awesome paintjob, sweet front LED lit fins. Inside steel bent so n00bs dont slice themselves. 120mm fan keepin' things cool. Pretty roomy w/ Asus A8N-SLI. Just look at the thing!

Cons: A lot larger than I was expecting. Just consider the dimensions(and convert to ft) before you buy. Also, it is steel, nothing light there...

Other Thoughts: The "cable organizer" is pretty cheap & pointless, but is easily removed. I would also suggest removing the cheap tool-less PCI card holder, and just use screws to hold your cards in. Much more secure that way.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect from Asus

Pros: Glossy Paintjob, Front usb & Audio/microphone ports, inner-case is steel w/rounded edges (not flimsy aluminum), tool free assembly design, conversation piece, small resting space for usb flash drives within magic mask door.

Cons: Flimsy magic mask door spring construction, Finicky side door (easy to take off but problematic to put back on), Useless cable management attachment, no front port for firewire. Cramped space, no side window & Pricey.

Other Thoughts: I spent a whole month researching and I settled for this one. After using this case for over a year I must say I have grown to love it. I upgraded from the silver case by Ch***tec thats much bigger & because its plastic front panel door is much cheaper and breaks alot faster. I've heard the clear plastic fins on the lower front of this case have been attached with cheap glue so when I got my case I popped them off on purpose and gorrila-glued them. Asus lost alot of potential customers with the cheap plastic magic mask door because it shoots over the case with breakneck lightning speed. All you have to do is gorilla glue a dead weight to the underlip of the magic mask to solve that. For the cost of this case one shouldn't have to do additional tweaks. Overall, I think Asus take in all the love hate remarks about the Vento and release a supercool updated verison of this case and it will be well worth the price of admission.

2 out of 5 eggsVento Is 'El Garbage-o!

Pros: 1.) The exterior design is very unique.

2.) The 2 lights in the front of the case look cool.

Cons: 1.) Very little extra room. Don't even think about installing another hard drive, unless you can fit it in an extra 5" bay.

2.) Poor cooling design. There are two huge vents in the front, which if they had 2 fans sucking air in, instead of the fans mounted on the side, it would've been awesome.

3.) The front panel door seems way too flimsy.

4.) The width is 12" (due to her fat exterior), while the interior is the average mid-tower width. I thought they would've built a frame that went along with the ext design, which would've helped a lot in regards to cooling properties, but no.....they didn't.

5.) After installing a Asus P4P800E-Deluxe mobo, Antec True Power 430W, Plextor 24x cd-rw drive, Asus dvd-rom drive, Pioneer dvd-rw drive, Maxtor 30GB hard drive, floppy drive, Auzentech Xplosion sound card and finally the BFG 7800GS OC agp vid card.......there is no room left at all, the power supply cables are very cramped & the power supply itself almost comes in contact with

Other Thoughts: Don't believe all the 'pro' reviews on this case. What a waste of $xxx. I would NOT buy this if I were you. The Cxxxftec case had a heck of a lot more room, was more solidly built & had extra mounts for fans.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Did a few Modifications on my asus vento 3600 and it's awsome. Attached liquid cooling system (big Water)on rear chasis works like a charm. The pump is floating where the screwless bracked was located. The flimsy front door latch broke after a week. did a small modification. I glued some red clothing strap on up and lower. melted the pin out of the top latch and glued the other piece of clot. Clean and concise job. Now when I close the case it latches on. when I lift it opens. Clean and now worries of it being on top anymore. The water cooling system was all drilled cleanly into the case externally and internally. everything inside glows blue and green. The corsair Duall llpro 3500 memory for my asus a8n32sli makes the shoe perfect. must see. it's all one awsome sturdy complete package. thanks to this case.

Cons: Very Heavy case. Can't take this to any lan party's I Threw pictures and have them in my ipod video instead.

Other Thoughts: Overall the case is a little heavy. There's not that much room internally. The design is overall good but flawed in some ways . There's alot of wasted space placing a 7800GT Card in there is almost imposible unless you have a certain PSU. I wont reveal all my secrets.
