4 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: Attractive exterior (esp. the lights). Roomy interior (but see "other thoughts" below). Nice & quiet. The carrying handle is a godsend. As always, Newegg rocks!

Cons: No instruction manual, therefore figuring out some of the connections is pure guesswork. (Thank goodness for the Q-Connectors on my ASUS board.) Wires prevent the front cover from fully detaching. No need for that external 1394 connector cable.

Other Thoughts: The little "baggie" holding the screws had a hole in it. As a result, stuff was rattling around all over the place on arrival. Had to bend down the flange near the top with pliers to get the PSU to fit. Turns out my PSU is slightly larger than standard.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty good

Pros: This is a decent case. Looks nice. The side fan is in a good place to keep the CPU with fresh air. The front LED not only changes from green to blue to red(not in that order) but every color in between. It will show one color and fade out and fade in with a new color.

Cons: the top handle may seem scary to use but i use it and it hasnt given way yet.

Other Thoughts: The pictures dont show it but the 2 bars that go up and down on the sides do light up blue

4 out of 5 eggsIf only the shipping was better.

Pros: Solid handle, decent ammount of space, plenty of fans while still being fairly quiet. The box it came in was better packaging than you think.

Cons: UPS somehow ripped my box open and it looked as though they dropped the case out of the box. The box itself had to be plastered back together with packing tape. Neither customer service e-mail teams were very helpful at finding out what was going on with this package. UPS said I needed to contact Newegg and by the time Newegg got back to me it had been taped up and delivered. If this does get rejected because of my comments, at least I'll know Newegg read them and realized that I'm displeased. I've never had a problem before, but this was a bit rediculous.

Other Thoughts: The case is not as heavy as some of these people seem to believe. You're trying to haul around a computer, did you think the case was going to make all of your components lighter??? I also own a Thermaltake Xaser case, THAT'S heavy. The only thing I'm truly dissappointed in as far as the case goes is that the brackets for hard drives sits further away from the front of the case than it should, beings how it's set to mount the hard drives on the holes furthest from the plugs. The only reason I didn't give this a five was because of the worst experience I've ever gotten from Newegg with this shipping disaster. I'm doubly impressed that it got here in one piece, because the box barely got here in general.

4 out of 5 eggsVery nice case...

Pros: Well designed case, nice lighting features for the non-modder.
Easy to assemble parts into.
Thumbscrews and handle on window side.

Cons: Front panel tricky to remove, LED's&wiring require hot glue for better hold.

Other Thoughts: LED wiring could be combined and HD cages should have quicksnap feature.
But overall a great case for the $.

3 out of 5 eggs2nd follow up review.

Pros: Cheap, economical, plenty of room for hdd, fans etc...

Cons: Cheap case lighting. two lights blew out after only a few months.

Other Thoughts: This is my thrid review of the product. At first I was very pleased with it, but now i'm a bit mixed. After having the case for a few months I have run into a few problems with it. The blue light on the very top and the color switching light on the X panel in the front both died making the case look rather odd with everything else. I had to come up with some inovative methods of fixing the problems to make the case look good again. The blue led on the top can be purchased at Radio Shack for only a few $$. I tried to find the same product on Newegg but without much luck. You just have to sotter it onto the wire and use a hot glue gun to afix it to the socket again. I took mine a step further and attached it to the hdd light plug making it my new hdd light. To replace the color changing bulb on the front you just have to do the same thing only you will have to pick a solid color, prefrebly blue as I was unable to find the color changing light. My case looks good again now.

5 out of 5 eggsWiggy! Lights up my room.

Pros: Cheap, good amount of room, and airflow not to bad with plenty of extra fans added. Something you all might like to know too... the front LED box on it changes colors from green, red, blue, white, purple, yellow, etc... it mixes the red/blue/greens into the primary colors. Blue top light, blue fan on side, blue front "bubble" bars. Overall excellent case.

Cons: Had to muscle the 3.5" hard drive racks to get the screws in. Case handle is excellent, if a tad sharp underneath (not a con unless you pack it full of 8 HD's and a huge power supply like I did)

Other Thoughts: Excellent case for the money. I bought it to make a NAS machine and it's excellent. Lights are bright but it reminds me to remote-in and turn the PC off if I happen to forget.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: SOLID, HANDLE-wouldnt hesitate to pick up my system by with it, COOLING-plenty of fans, LIGHTS-lots (it's bright), front usb, firewire and audio ports

Cons: not tooless, no manual, gets tight......

Other Thoughts: depending on your mobo and card you might run into some tight fits. my abit board sits my 6800gs right at the level of my hard drives. i cant plug the power in or pull it out of the card without having to take it out first. the 6800gs along with other nvidia cards are rather long so its not a problem for shorter cards.

Pros: -looks cool
-handle, good if your move your computer a lot, like LAN parties.
-system temp always around 30 celsius i think becaus of the slits in the sides of the case.

Cons: -broke handle light when installing cd drive.*watch out*
-air flow might be bad becaus of tiny holes in fornt of case.
-i wish i could have the X be only one color.

5 out of 5 eggsFollow up review

Pros: See my pros below

Cons: Once again I didint like the lack of proper front air ventelation.

Other Thoughts: In my previous review below I noted that the front air ports were to small and I didnt feel as though they provided enough ventilation. However I was able to take a drill and drill out the holes, making them bigger. My unit now gets plenty of ventilation. Drilling out the holes was easy and safe to do as the holes are set far enough back, and with no wires near them. Now that I fixed the front ventilation problem this case receives 5 stars.

4 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: Economical, good looking, lots of room for drives and fans.

Cons: Front cover is hard to take off to mount fans. Front air ports are small, may need to remove the fancy lighted front panel to get good air flow.

Other Thoughts: This case looks great and is real sturdy. Aside from the cons mentioned above I am already in love with this thing. It was very easy to put together (if you are good with wireing, theirs no wireing instructions) and the handle is actually stong enough to carry the whole system by. I like it allot.
