Well Designed Construction and Cooling
- Pros: This shoebox style cases is solidly built, aesthetically designed, and uniquely laid out. You will find the upper deck swings upward towards the side once the outer shell is removed, allowing excellent access to the motherboard. There is a 120mm fan in front, and positions for three 80mm fans in back. Another 60mm fan can be mounted inside the front. That gives you a lot of options and some of the best cooling on the market. Additionally, there are four front USB ports, and audio ports. The LCD is large for this pricepoint. And the feet are very good quality.
- Cons: It requires five screws to secure the back, and no thumbscrews or latches are included. There is no handle. Moreover, a shoebox style case should be either large and accomadate ATX boards OR be small.
- Other Thoughts: Please note the dimensions of this case are large for this style: 11.625" wide X 15" deep X 9.75" tall. It would be excellent in a media center or a recording studio.
Rox Your Sox
- Pros: Fantastic Look>> Not to big not to small... It has enough room for the Cooler Master GeminII an a 9600GT!!!! CPU Temp is 30 at full load thats 6 hours Str8 of Gaming... I Did Mod anothere 120mm fan in it an took out the hard drive bay ><
- Cons: LCD Fan 3 pin does not seem to push enough power to get my 120mm Rosewill fan<<< If your going to put a Big Video card in this YOU will have to take the HD bay out... Most likely even if your not going to put a big card in this you will take the HD bay out!!
- Other Thoughts: In side AMD 2x3800/CoolerMaster GeminII/BioStar TF7025/2g Ram/9600GT/Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer.....

love it
- Pros: Excellent small form factor case that can handle the larger peripherals. It looks great and has survived 2 moves without issue. Air moves through it without a problem and cooling is excellent. The red was a delightful break from the blue that every thing seems to be using these days. I fit a gtx260 and still have room for more stuff. i love the automatic fan controller built into the case.
- Cons: It can be tricky to put together with the two decks and then having to fold the thing back together with the mass of cabling. I had to turn the HDD's backwards to fit my Zalman zm600 PSU but it all fits, just had to do some modding. I don't really see this as a negative, I have always had to do with all new cases to get the way I want them, it's the nature of the beast in my eye. There are people that want a perfect item out of the box.
- Other Thoughts: 3x80mm exhaust fans and a 120mm intake fan with the sata cables taking up the spot for the last 60mm intake it will move some air but does so surprisingly quietly (i used enermax EB series fans - also rock). This is my 3rd SFF case after the antec aria and the apevia q pack. The apevia is an excellent case but i found it to lack airflow and it's flimsy construction a bit of a turn off to get another one for the new build. For the new build (now 11 months old) i chose the m40, I loved the look and the construction is top notch. As far as it falling over; there's a stand for the top when you swing it open so it doesn't tip over, I never had a problem with it. i never used the quick release drive thing, I just bolted them in and the doors have been flawless with 2 optical drives. You cna use a standard psu but you need to modify the HDD carrier and make the HDD's backwards (plug towards the front and make sure you insulate the carrier)
Good case
- Pros: Ease of installation. A lot of power in a small space.
- Cons: None yet
Why 4 eggs? It is not perfect...I'm a tough grader.
- Other Thoughts: E7500, 4GB DDR2 1066, 500GB Caviar Black, Plextor DVD-RW and my good old ATI 2600XT (I don't game so plenty strong).
For the guy below talking about the tray sticking I have not had that problem on this one but did on an ASuS Barebones I have for my kids. I fixed it by popping off the plate on the front of the door. Be careful not to break it but they generally pop of upward.
CV
- Pros: Nice looking case, shows finger prints due to shiny black paint. After the build just wipe the finger prints off.
- Cons: It's hard to rout the power supply cables. Keep in mind the PSU can only be 140MM deap,or it will crowd your hard drives. Not suer its a con...........but you have to plan the build before hand. I had to re-arainge things 3 times before I was happy.
- Other Thoughts: As said above............power supply MUST be 140MM or less .............go to the manufactures web page.
