3 out of 5 eggscould be better

Pros: it wasnt the worst case I've ever seen....

Cons: I think there are better cases out there for the same/less money. The only fan included is the huge side one... no fan at the back. Front door is kinda flimsy.

Other Thoughts: the "engine start" button has a blue light ring around it when powered on.

4 out of 5 eggsThis is really COOL

Pros: Case is COOL. There is no need in extra RAM cooler, HDD coolers, and all other little coolers. Big side fan does the job without any noise. Case is not dusty - id doesn't create such a strong suction.
Case is fairly roomy, tool-less tools work pretty good. For fan lovers - there is place for a front fan in the case (not to mention spot for rear fan) and do not forget about PSU fan to make unmistakable airflow calculations.
Case has great look and feel (with a few gripes)
Start button is easy to access, everything is placed on right spots, Front USBs have enough room in between

Cons: Back of the case is cheap. IO panel wasn't easy to remove, PCI covers just a pain...to remove and easy to bend these metal stretchers that remain on place.
Front - for unknown reasons USB connectors mounted in such a way that when one installs flash drive in face of the drive has to look to a back of computer - may be this is a new fashion?
Front oudio connectors are unusable since they push out plugs fron headphones

Other Thoughts: Bought this case from another retailer.
Case is great and I'm fair

4 out of 5 eggsThe Mathematics of fluid rate

Pros: Very even cooling. While the other reviewer complained about a huge fan on the case causing pressurization, this isn't true. He/She obviously doesn't own the case. Do a little fluid analysis and you understand that the problem with that poster's idea is that the air rate through to fans of different sizes can be the same. Buy a fast 120mm exhaust fan of roughly 200cfpm.

The advantage of such a large fan is that air enters the case EVERYWHERE. Other case designs have cool spots and warm spots. There are flow channels and it can be difficult to get everything cool without many small fans inside. This case gets everything cool. I have seen a lot of cases with hot spots that cause hard drive failures. This case removes that problem.

I can safely build computers without active fans for the cpu and the video card with this case without heat problems.

Cons: Two issues:

The metal is a little thin. I would prefer a 0.8mm SECC case. Over time 0.6mm starts to build up dents as I move the computer from time to time.

Dust becomes a problem if you don't place it in a clean spot. Not an issue if you clean the area around the case often.

Other Thoughts: Great case to pair with mid range thermals with passive heat sinks.

Good case to keep a large number of harddrives cool. Many other cases keep the drives in a hot spot.

Bad case for dust.

Bad case for high thermal computers that need high airflow, can't find a higher air flow 400mm fan.

1 out of 5 eggsIt Sucks! Literally!

Pros: World Record fan size!
You can take off the door and use it in case your room fan goes out.
Engine start button reminds me of a luxury car, minus a motor, wheels and.. well, everthing except the radiator fan.

Cons: Giant fan on an almost otherwise sealed box. No where for the air to go. Putting a giant fan on a box does not mean it's cooled well.

Does NOT include an exhaust fan. Logic tells you do not buy without getting a good 120mm exhaust fan.

Other Thoughts: Simple math once again add a 120mm fan blowing in, subtract by having a 120mm exhaust. When you simply pressurize a case, your not cooling it.
It seems like AeroCool is going for a "novelty" world record instead of a logically designed case. Hoping to attract less knowledgable shoppers.
Buy it because of the big fan. Or don't buy it.
