4 out of 5 eggsNot bad for the money

Pros: Compact and quiet. Looks like it belongs with other A/V equipment.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I would like to have seen a few more things in this case, like a HDD lite and a built in IR receiver

5 out of 5 eggsnMedia HTPC 180a

Pros: Enough room for all the essentials and a couple extras. The look of the front really blends nicley into AV equipment. DVD button setup linedup and worked perfectly.

Cons: Front temp. bezel poped off and had to be glued back on. Fan toggle not really functional. Would like to see at least one more case fan to help with heat issues. Most likly will mod one in.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: This case is well built. It's not the most sturdy case out there but is it the case you're going to take to LAN parties? Not so much... The case fits well on my audio video rack and blends in with my other equipment. There is enough space to fit whatever you need in this case as long as it's not built to be a hulking gaming rig. There seems to be enough airflow in the case as well. I'm running a stock....yes stock heat sink on an AMD 2.4 ghz socket am2 and it's running at idle 25 degrees Celsius. Under gaming load it's running at about 30 to 32 degrees Celsius. I used the adapter to hook up the processor fan and am letting the bios take care of the fan speed, no problems there, the directions were straight forward on how to hook up the fan to the fan speed monitor.

All in all a pretty sweet setup! Got what I expected to get, not a $500 case, but it certainly doesn't come across as a budget build case.

Cons: The power supply exhaust fan blows right at the processor, but as noted above it hasn't affected my temps.

3 out of 5 eggsWorth the price

Pros: Roomy, attractive, mostly intelligent design, cheap, looks good all lit up without being too bright or annoying, sufficiently quiet case fan

Cons: somewhat flimsy case materials, stripped out threaded holes etc, memory card board not aligned with case slots (easy fix of course), PS has WAY more molex connectors than you could ever use in this case

Other Thoughts: That little dial on the front for controlling CPU fan speed ? That a previous reviewer had some issues with ? The are instructions and an adapter to fix the problem included in the box. The whole idea seems silly though. The LAST thing I want to do is manually control my CPU fan. Let the BIOS take care of it, get a quiet cooler. Done.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat case

Pros: Great case. The front bay for the DVD drive works without fiddling with it too much. Sleek looking. Pretty compact. Really quiet. Power supply has plenty of connectors, including 2 SATA.

Cons: It can fit 3 hard drives along with the DVD drive. 2 hard drives fit vertically next to the DVD drive, and the 3rd mounts below the DVD drive. The issue with the 3rd is that it mounts perpendicular to the DVD drive directly below it. If you have SATA drives, it will work without an issue, but IDE cables are pretty tricky getting all 4 drives to be connected. I couldn't use the normal flat cables, but had to switch to a rounded cable. Also, there was a small issue with holes not lining up to mount one of the hard drives. I had to drill and make the holes a bit bigger, but not a huge issue. Also the case is really compact, so it took a while to get everything arranged so it would fit.

Other Thoughts: Awesome case. 5 in 1 card reader works without an issue. Great buy.

3 out of 5 eggsBEWARE the Fan Power Adapter!

Pros: The case has everything you need for a HTPC, it comes with everything. The real metal front is nice.

Cons: It comes with a fan adapter that fried my motherboard. I read a review another guy posted about a different case from the same company and the same thing happened to him. If you dare plug in the fan speed control front panel on this with their supplied adapter (to use a 3 prong fan, instead of 4), let me know how it goes. This cost me at least xx bucks for the motherbpard. Hopefully nothing else is fried. These guys need to RECALL THIS PART!! Newegg should not sell this with the supplied adapter!

Other Thoughts: I've work professionally in computers and have built who knows how many in my life. This is my first "motherboard catching on fire" experience. I am extremely disappointed in this companies quality control.
