Great Case
- Pros: Great cooling. The hottest my case gets is 84 degrees F. Lots of room and is truly tool less. All fans and leds worked. Very quiet.
- Cons: The shortness of the USB And Audio wires were not that much of a problem. Knowing they were going to be to short, I made sure to have enough parts on hand to lengthen them.
- Other Thoughts: I would by this case again.
Great Case
- Pros: The cooling is great! I love the tooless case, it's the first I've ever owned. Everything was well labeled and easy to hook up. I liked that it came with zip ties and extra fan and motherboard screws since I'm prone to losing those.
- Cons: I couldn't get the front fan to work, the LED powers on, but the front fan doesn't work. Also the on/off and hi/lo controls for the front and the side fans don't work. I checked everything and it looked to be hooked up correctly. The temperature LED also wouldn't work, that too was hooked up correctly.
- Other Thoughts: I noticed a lot of people found the length of the audio and USB wires as too short to reach their motherboard. I also saw several reviews saying they were able to get past it, but none saying how, so I'm going to tell you how:
The first thing you want to do is unhook the wad of wires from the clasp against the side of the HD bays. Then feed the wad underneath the power supply bar on the far side of the case. Next take off the top part with the fans. If you look inside, you can see little tabs that need to be pulled to release the top, there are 3 on each side and 1 on both ends. Now cut the zip tie and pull the remaining wires from around the side of the fan, then just pull those straight down and it should reach where you need it to go. I installed my drives at the bottom in order to leave room for these wires to hang out, and eventually zip tied a bunch of stuff to get them out of the way. (Note: This will move the temp wire way down, you can move it up higher by pulling it out.
Grate Case
- Pros: Great room to work with the tool- less is easy to use I don't know what the guy below me is talking about cools great before my cpu was from 30c-38c and gpu was at 150c-168c now i am getting cpu 28c-35c and gpu 112c-130c and the temp. display is nice i have it reading my cpu temp. so I am very happy with my new ABS and also I am a first time buyer from Newegg. i will try to get a video up of my build so every one hear can see how nice this case really is most defiantly a high end case without the price tag :P
- Cons: wire management is totally wrong but easy to fix took me about 5 min to redo My motherboard does not suport the highdeff sound on the top :( but that is most defiantly not a con on the case more on my poorniss lol but the only thing is the big fan seems to be more of a teal now and the others a dark blue but i kinda like it to its not a big deal but it might annoy some one
- Other Thoughts: i wish new egg would pack it better then the stock box mine came with a big hole in the side but the case was not damaged
