2 out of 5 eggsSumo Omega

Pros: I think this is a good case design. Plenty of fans and filters for every fan. The interior is able to accommodate the larger VGA card out now.

Cons: The case has a ground short. I ordered a new motherboard and CPU. I installed the new components with my old power supply, graphics card, and hard drive.

Would not boot. I would get the post beep and it would loose power. After a couple of days of trying different things I decided to install the components into my old case. Everything works fine in the old case.

4 out of 5 eggsnice case

Pros: looks nice keeps everything cool and has dust filters that can be removed without taking anything else off it is very quiet

Cons: plastic parts inside are brittle and very easy to break and cable management can be a challenge

Other Thoughts: over all a very nice case but needs better quality plastics inside and at least another half inch for cable management one inch would be better I would have chosen a corsair case but you have to take the front panel off to remove front dust filter on them

5 out of 5 eggsGigabyte Sumo Omega Case

Pros: Awsome Case, well design, plenty of space and air flow with 5 fans

Cons: Hard drive holders, I have broken (snap) the tabs on two units when trying to take the drives out of the bays.maybe a bad production of plastic used, will try and contact manufacture for replacements

Other Thoughts: I still like the case and design, I have seven drives and two DVD units and the case still has room for more.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Lots of room and cooling. Just by installing my stuff in this case, I was able to drop 3 deg C off the CPU temp in a stress test, relative to my old case. Good cable management system (more on that in cons, also).

Cons: Some of the cable management clips and such are pretty delicate. I broke two of them during assembly. Be careful.

Hare disk cages needed modification with a pair of diagonal cutters to make a 2." SSD work. The drive fit just fine, but the SATA power cable was crazily torqued trying to fit it in the socket on the drive. I had to cut away some of the plastic to relieve the stress.

5 out of 5 eggsAweomse case, a bit tight in the CM

Pros: * Tons of HDD bays in the drive cages
* HDD mounting is easy and pain free
* Tons of cooling
* Fan speed regulation built into the case
* Tons of room to work around in during the build
* Surprisingly quiet even on high fan settings

Cons: * There could be another few mm of clearance for cable management, routing ATX Power from my Corsair A760i was a bit painful because the cables are too thick.
* Beyond the pre-ran fan cabling there is not a whole lot of room in the CM area that runs vertically along the case, why would I not want to use this for SATA/Power/ETC (I can't generally)
* When installing a 2.5" SSD it's difficult to attach SATA and power cables that are angled at 90 degrees. I had to install my intel SSD onto the 3.5" adapter then install that into the drive tray

Other Thoughts: I purchased this case after watching the video revew on newegg. It arrived as depicted in the picture and was a breeze to install. There was plenty of clearance even for my large hands for running cabling and installing everything. The only real downside is that it is a bit tight with the CM solution, there is not a lot of room for your own device wiring, and with my modular PSU i had to do some serious voodoo to get the case to close because of the fat ATX line. All in all a pleasure to work with, a pleasure to look at, I just wish it had even one or two more mm of CM room. Not worth taking an egg away over. Excellent case Gigabyte.

5 out of 5 eggsLots of great features for an acceptable price

Pros: - Six fans standard with options for more
- Cable management was fantastic and easy
- Dust filters on all fans that intake air
- Very easy to remove and clean dust filters
- Option to take out top hard drive cage for longer video cards
- Fan controllers are a nice feature
- Ability to hot swap hard drives and SSDs on top

Cons: - The cable for the LED switch on the side panel fan is short and didn't know exactly where it needed to go. That's what I assumed it was anyways and its not really a big deal.
- There's a metal tab that sticks out to help hold your power supply in place so be sure to watch out for the height of your psu. I managed to get mine in but the rubber pads that your power supply sits on made it difficult to get in place since it was so snug. I slightly pulled one off a bit fitting the psu in.
- There are two plastic clips on the back of the motherboard tray that you need to be very careful with. I broke one without putting much force into it.

Other Thoughts: An overall fantastic case that I bought for a build I was doing for my brother. Would definitely think about buying another if/when my NZXT Tempest Evo mid tower case ever decides to break down. Or if I get bored and have money to buy another one of these bad boys for myself.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Plenty of space and fans!! Replaced the four top and front fans with antec tricolor fans and they work perfect with the fan controls on the control panel. Great case for the price. Won't be replacing this anytime soon.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: For those of you who can't figure out where to plug in the Card Reader, most atx boards have two usb hubs on the mother board for the external ports. It plugins into one of those.

5 out of 5 eggsJust...wow

Pros: This is gonna be a long one...
1. HUGE. Big enough for a foot long video card with plenty of HDD bay room to spare, 8 HDD bays, this thing is monstrous! I was also able to fit a Xigmatech Gaia CPU cooler in this without it interfering with the side fan.
2. Comes with six fans. All with dust filters. If you were so inclined, you could add two more fans to the bottom of the case too. I have cats, those filters are huge for me...and the airflow from the fans is great as it comes.
3. Very easy to use for a beginner, a little trial and error and my first build is complete.
4. This thing looks amazing, like an evil blue spaceship sitting next to my desk. At the same time, it manages to look great without being too over-the-top.
5. Cable Management. Oh man. I don't think I've ever been able to get a case so organized-looking before this one.
6. VERY sturdy. I don't want to test it but I bet it would survive a few falls.
7. The top controls/USB plugins. Hot swap bay, card reader, 3-speed fan controls for the included fans, and a handy little button to turn the LED's off if you don't want them.
8. The tool-less HDD and optical bays are really simple to use, and things don't shake at all once they're in place.
9. Anti-vibration rubber base for the bottom-mounted PSU.
10. The top is removable for easy access.
11. I didn't come across any sharp edges inside or outside the case.

Cons: Now, many of the things I'll list as cons are things I think other folks might not like too much. Personally, I don't have problems with them...
1. If you want to put a huge PSU in, you're going to need to check the size to see if it'll fit. It's a bit of a bracketed area where the PSU goes in.
2. The HDD wiring actually faces toward the rear (backside of the motherboard) of the case. For those with limited SATA connections.
3. While the illustrations are pretty helpful, I can't figure out where to plug in the card reader at. Probably just my noobness to all this, eventually I'll find it!
4. It is a bit pricey if you're on a budget.
5. I put a full sized ATX motherboard in this, but anything bigger will be a really tight fit.

Other Thoughts: I don't know how to describe this case any other way than "glorious". In my opinion, and i am a bit of a cheapskate, it's well worth the full price. Couple of things to note here...like I said, I am still trying to figure out where to connect my card reader, for any noobs like me just starting out. Also, for the side fan, you might need an adapter or extension cord to reach the motherboard. Mileage may vary there.
Thank you Gigabyte for an amazing case, and Newegg for awesome service and delivery!
If you've got the clams for it, my advice is grab this case.
