ZALMAN Z11 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Excellent ventilation, nice drive bay setup, plenty of spots for fans, good cable management area. Overall I am quite happy with the quality of the case and its features.

Cons: No major cons. The mother board standoffs I received with my case were 1.5mm too short. I had to assemble the system without the i/o shield until I sourced the correct standoffs locally. Then I had to tear the system apart again.

Other Thoughts: The difference between this case and the plus is no blue 120mm fan on top of the case and 4 usb 2.0 slots on case top instead of 2-2.0 and 2-3.0.

Pros: I built my computer last fall. So far i have loved the case and love the sweet design. Plenty of spots for fans for great ventalation. I also know a couple of people who also have this case and like it to.

Cons: The only con that i had is that i wanted to change the side fans. I changed them for these green led fans to go with my build theme and they didn't fit well. It was also a little bit difficult getting to the front fan. There is no cons if you don't however want to change the fans.

Pros: Great case for the price! fit my motherboard and my Graphics card perfect with about 2" to spare! lights and fans worked out of the box!

Cons: none!

Other Thoughts: could have included top fans too? would have been willing to pay the extra!

Pros: - Lots of room
- Easy to work with
- Great look
- Cable Management is good

Cons: - I did not like having to twist metal off of PCI ports in rear
- Case directions tell you to pull off front. A pair of needle-nose pliers to squeeze the clips together are much easier and will not force you to break the case
- A little big for my taste. My fault because I did not pay attention to dimensions.

Other Thoughts: This is my first build and the case was very forgiving. It is a little big but that is why it has so much roo.

Pros: This case has tons of space for a small build. Lot's of space for fans, and great cable management areas.

Cons: No so far.

Pros: large interior, window makes even more room for large cpu cooler, included fans are extremely quiet :) does everything a case that costs another $100 does and looks just as nice. very well built/sturdy

Cons: front fans dust filter isnt very "easy" to remove and clean, but it is removable

Pros: I have done extensive research and this case is the best deal I found. It's slightly bigger than the popular Challenger, and cost the same at the time.

The design is super sexy, very high quality all around and it's a very sturdy case.

Very few cases in this price range come with a side-panel window which this one has and it's also nice and thick, as well as slightly tinted which looks great if you have any LED fans inside.

Someone mentioned that the bottom fan is useless which I strongly disagree with because if you have a longer GPU the fan will blow on it as well as the motherboard.

Comes with fan intake dust covers which is a MUST in my opinion, I hate cleaning dust out from the inside and each time I check for dust it's close to being spotless inside.

Great airflow (needs additional fans, see other thoughts).

Cons: Doesn't have front panel USB 3.0 but there is an identical model with that option at a higher price, wasn't worth it for me.

Other Thoughts: Get more fans and upgrade the existing ones for better airflow, works best with two strong intake fans, one in front, one at the bottom and 2 additional exhaust fans on the top, fill all the empty slots, having a cool system is important.

I rotated the two small side fans to push air in instead of out since they're right behind the front intake fan and having them suck out the air before it reaches the rest of the system is not very productive, you want to have the air flowing through the whole case for proper cooling but, having said that, the CFM they produce is negligible so it probably doesn't make a difference.

Pros: This case is great! Lots of room for upgrading, plus it looks awesome. The front panel thing is a slight issue, but not worth knocking an egg off.

Cons: Front panel is hard to get off. Problem solved with the power of YouTube. A slight PITA, however.

Other Thoughts: Not all of the cables that come with are labeled. Took a bit of guesswork, as this is my first build.

Pros: This case looks very cool, it's like a cross between an alienware and a coolmaster. When this is decked out with blue LED's it looks very sleek.

Cons: The case itself doesn't come with many fans, only 4 installed. The way that they are positioned isnt the best for airflow. It keeps your HDD very cool, but your motherboard, and especially video card will have a tendency to get a little warm. The fan that you can mount on the bottom of the case doesnt make sense, because of the bottom mounted PSU, the case itself's wire management is very neat, although there isnt alot of room for extra cable except for where the bottom fan should be mounted, so unless you want to risk chopping your cables, a fan shouldnt be mounted there.

Pros: First off, this case is absolutely sexy. The side cowls make it look like a racecar, and the smoked side window is well placed.
The case has a lot of cool features, but one that I really appreciated was how well it accomadated future changes to the motherboard. After my build, I had to put a liquid cooler on and there was a conveniently placed hole in the sidewall so that I could remove the current bracket without removing the mobo. They also have a very versatile and convenient setup for cable routing.
Airflow is quite good through this case as well, especially with aftermarket fans.

Cons: One thing I did run into was that I couldn't fit everything I wanted in it. The 650 watt PSU that I put in prohibited the use of a 140 mm fan on the bottom. Also the liquid cooling radiator prevented the use of a second fan of any size on the top. I suppose this comes with the mid ATX case no matter what though.

Other Thoughts: Overall great case ESPECIALLY for the money.
