Good Solid Case
- Pros: Good roomy case, no sharp edges. Nothing fancy.
- Cons: No vent for the front intake fan. Side fan is noisy when the case is on it's side.
decent enuogh
- Pros: 250mm fan is nice and quiet even on high
room for 3 more 120mm fans (front, rear, bottom) usb header is one piece, not the annoying split up ones plenty of room to hide wiring if you take your time
- Cons: a bit flimsy
door is awkward - forget about a fan controller behind it one fan led was bent inwards, making a horrible clicking (easy enuff to fix)
- Other Thoughts: one of the guys i work with just bought this case (from another source) and it was not quite as pictured - the grill over the 250mm fan was a nice black finished honeycomb mesh - much better looking than the picured A+ logo
build went nice and smooth - everything fit just right. initially we were worried that the 250mm fan would not clear the 8800 he put in it - but there was plenty of room. with 2 120mm's and the 250mm - the loudest thing in the case was the dvd drive loading windows.
not bad for a budget build.
Looking 4 a case
- Pros: The story:After picking out a group of computer components, the cases I kept picking kept going either out of stock or off sale.So I figured,"Oh well!" and settled on this case.(at the time, despite it's rebate,it cost a little more)Good move on my part because this a winner.Even holds the Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro with the 25cm fan inside with NO problems!
- Cons: The cardboard box it shipped in was extremely damaged.(You could see the actual case from the outside of the box)I would have shipped it back, but upon opening the damaged box,the case itself was undamaged.Still and all,NewEgg and/or UPS can do better.
- Other Thoughts: It you want a decent mid-tower case without the bling (the 25cm fan DOES give off a blue light but you can nix if you want) for gaming or whatever this is a great case.NewEgg,keep doinwhatchadoin. (Let's improve on that shipping though...)
