2 out of 5 eggsTroublesome Case

Pros: -Cheap case if you want to use as a stepping stone to a better high end case. (got it for $28 w/ rebate)
-Fans!!!!

Cons: -The case feels cheap on the front plate
-Inside is not really friendly for cable management (Ex: missing tiedown points)
-Have to plug in USB 3.0 cable to back of mobo
-Audio problems with the front microphone and headphone jacks (mixes sound that you hear into microphone sending signal)

Other Thoughts: Causing me a ton of problems with the audio issues since i play a ton of video games. It pretty much provides the core necessities for a case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case for the Price

Pros: Plenty of room for the factor, fan controls are actually useful, and the case overall is well made and simple. The LED fans are nice, yet I also like you can turn the LEDs down.

Cons: The top optical drive "door" is flimsy, yet I have found most cases with these aren't that great.

Other Thoughts: I really like the case, I picked it up for $24.99 (with mail-in rebate) which is crazy cheap. I wouldn't pay the $74.99 / $59.99 standard retail, though.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent case with lots of options for $40

Pros: Good looking case with three case fans installed as standard with mounts for a further three 120mm fans. Tool-less design makes installation simple, plenty of room inside the case to manoeuver easily. I was able to connect all the cables and route the cable through the motherboard backplate without any trouble.

Cons: The only real issue I had was with the PCI-e bay clips, which broke off when attempting to install my double slot graphics card. I simply removed the whole clip section and used screws instead. There are clearly some build quality issues, but you have to remember that this case was purchased for $40.

Other Thoughts: Another potential issue is case width, you may struggle to get many of the larger HSF inside the case; it's only 19cm wide and you'll lose an additional 3cm with the cabling space behind the motherboard and large 18cm fan in the side panel!

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case.. Fan Controller is a bit Weird

Pros: Solid Mid-Tower case with a nice 180 mm side fan providing good cooling and good overall airflow.

Cons: I hate the front USB 3.0 because I have to connect it to the back of my motherboard so now I have a usb cable sticking out of the back of my case, but it's not that annoying just wish it would have been a motherboard cable. Could also use more space for cable management, but what do u expect out of a mid tower case.

Other Thoughts: Overall the case is good. I personally changed the rear fan to one with a 4 pin connector so I could connect it to my motherboard, I connected the side and front fans to the built in fan controller, and I added 2 additional 120 mm fans to the top of the case.

3 out of 5 eggsRequires mod to handle Hydro H60

Pros: Good fit case. Easy to use hard drive trays.

Cons: Of all the components I purchased for my recent build, this one is the weakest with two sore points. I wanted to use water cooling but the Hydro H60 cooler will not fit in the upper rear fan location due to a rolled under ridge. They left it flat far enough for a fan but not a fan plus water cooler. Good news is the case has enough air flow that cpu is staying cool for now without water cooling. Maybe they intended the cooler to mount on the top fan spaces, but I really don't see it fitting there either. To close to cpu/memory with the power supply at the bottom. The second issue is with how the top/front USB3 part is setup. They used a standard USB cable end that has to be routed out the back of the case and plugged into a rear USB port instead of a cable that plugs into the port on the mainboard. There is a nice port on the back for routing the cable but not what I expected.

Other Thoughts: Not really a con but was not clear how to remove the 5.25" front slot covers. Had to remove the front panel to figure it out. The levers pull toward the middle of the case to release the cover, not out. The fan controls on the top are an interesting touch. I am using a 5 channel controller and the mainboard has control for several fans as well so not sure it is needed. Had a different case picked out. Purchased this one on special. It will work for now. May mod the case and add the water cooling prior to summer.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case with Minor Flaws

Pros: * Sturdy
* Clean-looking
* Very nice matte paint job. Hides fingerprints.
* Metal mesh looks great.
* Built in fan filters
* Cable management allows mobo power cables to go behind the mounting tray.
* Space to route cables under the HDD slots (SATA, power, etc)
* HDDs are easily removable
* Very cool twist-unlock mechanism for removing 5.25" drives. Can use regular screws too.
* Vibration pad against the PSU slot.
* PSU can be mounted face-up or face-down.
* 2 Thumb screws for each side panel.
* Fan slots everywhere. See other thoughts.
* provided connectors (power, reset switch, HDD, power LEDs) are well done and seem to be pinned correctly.
* Two holes with rubber sides for tubing or the USB 3.0 cable (I guess). I don't liquid cool, so I just used one hole for the cable.

Cons: * Newegg description of case is more incorrect than correct
* HDD bay metal (aluminum) is cheap and flimsy. Aluminum cans are thicker. A good case would have better HDD bay design.
* HDD bays have no anti-vibration anything and I can easily hear my very quiet drives. They seem to resonate at times.
* Top USB3.0 cable is actually a USB extension cable that you must run out the back of the case and plug into a back port. This was not a well thought out design decision.
* Expansion slots don't always break off cleanly. Be prepared to file any unclean breaks down.
* Provided fans are very quiet, but don't push very much air.
* Cables from the top are a bit short and result in a lot more cluttered case because they can't be routed well.
* Front panel buttons feel/are cheap and not evenly lit.
* All fans are powered by 12V on a molex connector. None of these fans are 3 pin.
* $75 is a bit pricey (I got it for $50 via ShellShocker)
* "Sentey" is a strange name and I am not sure I like having the logo smack in the middle-bottom of the case. It seems out of place. It is the ONLY shiny thing on the outside of the case and seems to ruin the aesthetics. Good news it it is removable. It is held on by a very sticky piece of double-sided sticky tape. I will be removing it tomorrow.

I was cut multiple times working inside the case. Nothing major, but you may want to wear gloves or get a tetanus shot before working on it. There are random sharp edges through out.

Fan filters are going to be a PITA to clean. All filters are not easily accessible/non-removable. The only way to clean would to bend the black metal mesh retaining tabs to get it out or use a vacuum. This is a big issue in my book.

The warranty terms are a bit questionable:
"By mounting a device inside the case, you are agreeing the product is in optimum physical conditions. Once this is done the warranty is voided for physical damage."
You should carefully examine the case before you try anything. I don't know how the RMA process is but it doesn't sound like they are to keen on dealing with repairs.

My case came with the back thumbscrew bashed in a bit and the back corner dented as a result. It isn't bad enough for me to warrant a RMA but beware the case packing (two Styrofoam pieces) is lacking.

Other Thoughts: Newegg really has a terrible listing for the case.

Here are the included fans:
* HUGE 180mm side fan (blue LED)
* 120mm front fan (blue LED). Looks like you can put a 140mm in.
* 120mm black back fan (no LEDs)
* 60mm HDD fan
I see space on the bottom of the case for 2 120mm fans (PSU takes up one of these spaces, however). There also looks like there are 2 spots for 120mm fans at the top of the case.

-------------

Newegg's description says there is a side window. This is not true.
Newegg's description says there is no side ventilation. This is also not true (180mm fan).

-------------

Don't pick up the case front under the front. You could very easily bend the front mesh. It is not well reinforced.

-------------

This is a good case with quite a range of small flaws. I like the case but I think in order for it to be more successful it should address the cheap HDD slots, fan filters, and change/remove the front logo. Other than that it is a good case. $75 (current price) is a bit high in my opinion and I think $50 is more reasonable.

P.S. Anyone notice how everyone on Newegg seems to think that they are an expert on what they are reviewing? What a joke.
