Pros: If you are looking for a white windowed silent case you found the right one here.It truly is a large mid size case and does have good air flow.It is very quiet the only sounds i have heard and they are very minimal are the cd drive i have heard so slightly and once heard the hard drive as i was formatting it,other than that i hear nothing and am 2 feet away from it.I do sound work and needed a quiet case. All the colors match on my case perfect and all the seems are perfect. There is more than enough room for virtually anything i want to put in it.If you want to move the rear fan to the front to insure good air flow and as i did put a white led fan to the rear,it looks great with the Enermax White Cluster t40 cooler.Had an issue with the first one i received and i do want to say that the people at Newegg were extremely helpful and we got a replacement very fast and i got a reimbursement for it.
Cons: Ok i am not going to be like some on here and dock eggs to Newegg for this but i will state my disappointment as to what happened.I received a case and when opened the box i saw a case that may have been a return or was opened in the warehouse. The thing had been opened and had been dropped twice it was so damaged that the insides were warped and the front face was toast. But all was resolved by Newegg and everything aside got a replacement. Thank you Newegg for helping to resolve the issue,no egg off for the bad first case{things happen}.
Other Thoughts: This really is a nice computer case. My new setup: Fractal Design R4 White windowed case MSI 970 Gaming Series motherboard Amd fx 6300 cpu Rosewill ARC 550 psu Sapphire R9 380 gpu Wd 2tb yellow hard drive 2 WD blue1 tb hard drives LG cd/dvd drive Widows 7 Other note i added a single Enermax white led fan to the rear, and yes i had an old but new WD yellow 2 tb hard drive. Everything runs perfect and cool,i am not a gamer, but do work in Second Life and get 115 fps with this setup and never get over 48c under load, and did i say this case looks really great.

Pros: The size, for one. It has so much room inside, and is so wide that even the back of the motherboard tray has room for all the cables you can imagine stuffing back there!
This thing is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do the high-quality alpine white paint job justice!
It's sturdy. I have rarely encountered a case this strongly built. There are no creaks or groans if you push on it.
Plus it is extremely quiet, even with two front intake, 1 bottom intake, one top exhaust and one rear exhaust. Use the Fractal fans and you'll get this level of quiet plus near-perfect airflow! Cooling is phenomenal!
I love the 8 HDD bays, plus the mounting point on back of motherboard tray for an SSD. My fiance appreciates all the HDD space!
Finally, all intakes are filtered, and the filters are easy to pull out and clean.
Cons: Only one. Mounting the SSD to the back of motherboard tray requires removal of the motherboard...or installation before the motherboard. It's not enough to knock off an egg though. Still, Fractal, if you could take a note from NZXT, you'd make this case 100% perfect: they have some kind of clip on the back of the motherboard tray, which means you can switch out SSD's easily.
Other Thoughts: I just can't say enough about this case. I bought the black with Titanium door for my server. Then liked it so much, got this white one for my fiancé.
Now I'm thinking of getting the blackout for my syste,. As much as I love my CM Storm Sniper case with it's great airflow, this seems to cool more efficiently with less noise, and it' wider with great cable management.
Fractal, please, don't ever tdump this R4 line, just keep improving it!!!

Pros: Built like a tank All screws are included Slide-in HDD bays Air filters Built in fans Very high quality
Cons: Power supply on the bottom means my power supply cables no longer reach proper connections on my motherboard. Now I need to buy a power supply with longer cables

Pros: Solid case well built, beautifully designed, space for all your components, and more. I bought the white w/window looks awesome.
Cons: Door isn't the best design they could have done better
Other Thoughts: I thought I would have a problem installing components in this case, but it has lots of space for anything you might want to put in. Cable management is a breeze.

Pros: *Large but not as big as my HAF X and can support almost everything the HAF X can if not more *Very VERY clean looking and looks great with almost any components. *Can support up to 10 SSD's (counting the 2 on the back of the Motherboard tray) or 8 HDD's and 2 SSD's! That's FANTASTIC! *Can support up to 6 fans with Windowed version and 7 without the windowed version. *Can support up to 2 240 Radiators and you can move the bottom HDD cage to make room for a bigger radiator in the front. *Supports Graphics Cards up to 11.6" (If you have a bigger card than that then you shouldn't be buying a desktop case!) *Integrated fan controller makes for easily silencing up to 3 fans and effectively does so without jumping through loops. *Building in this case has been by far the easiest installation of components I've ever done. Also is very friendly to first time builders. *Cable Management is a no-brainer and you really just have to route the cables and they already appear very clean without spending hours zip tying cables. *Comes ready for future upgrades and has a lot of room for expandability. *Supports Fully Modular PSU's no problem! *Comes with a fully loaded front I/O of 4 USBS (2 2.0 and 2 3.0) with a nice power button and a reset button. *Side panels are very sturdy and do not feel cheaply made at all. *Powdercoat is a very pretty white and the window compliments it nicely.
Cons: *Red power activity light is an ugly red/pink/orange but I soldered a White LED to it and it looks much better! (Something to keep in mind Fractal) *Price is a little steep, I think $100 is right on the money versus $120 but still reasonable as compared to Corsair and other companies that have cheaper products but are more money. *The factory powdercoating is a little overdone which makes for a bit of a problem as you have to hit the back of the panel to make it go all the way up for the screws to come on but at this point I'm just nit picking.
Other Thoughts: Overall I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with this case and do not regret anything! I would buy this case again and will recommend it to others looking to build a computer!

Pros: Color Design Hard drive bays Power supply mount locations USB connection Wiring channels Silent comes with good quality fans Clear side window, only reason I bought this model to replace my older version case One extra usb plug in front of case Has a reset button (not available on previous model
Cons: MB mount pin twist off of case, had to drill through the thread to remove broken pin, the factory pre drill hole was too small with 2/9 holes for ATX mounts. Front face plate of case upper portion plastic latch is loose, I can just pull slightly and it prys open leaving 2 mm gap Front fan compartment open latch is poorly designed from previous model I already own, requires to press open two corners instead of just one Not aluminum, made of steel, makes it heavy

Pros: Built like a tank, silent, and dust-free
Cons: If the bottom dust filter could be pulled out the side, instead of the back, would make cleaning a bit easier.
Other Thoughts: I have mine set up so that it cools primarily via heat convection. The top vents are open, the rear exhaust is closed off, and the bottom and front intake spots all have 140mm fans, all spinning as low as the PWM will let them.
The i5 3570K is running at stock speeds, as is my Radeon 7850, and everything is slightly undervolted. I wanted mid-range, powerful components and longevity, so no overclocking for me.

Pros: I bought this a computer I built for my wife. I have never bought anything by Fractal before so was only going on what I read online. I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail of this case. It's not too big, but has plenty of space for good air flow and wire management. Not to mention it looks good.
Cons: None.

Rating: 5/5Value for High Quality Case is a Steal!
This review is from: Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Pros: It's amazing how much further your dollar goes when you save up for a case like this. After purchasing the Define R4, there is no going back to cheap cases. The Define R4 gives you a clean professional look that strays away from the wonky alien-like designs so many cases have today. The side window variant is a must-have due to the generous cable management area that Fractal Design implemented. Removable center hard drive cages are implemented for large graphics cards, however my Twin Frozr GTX 760 fits without a problem. A vertically designed expansion slot is ready for an auxiliary lighting switch; I use a blue LED light bar that illuminates the entire case and certainly showcases the rig with the large side window. The sound dampening is generous and very effective; I couldn't tell if my system was on if the power LED was off. Even while gaming, I have to try to listen for fans. I could go for days talking about how great of a case this is; I know I am certainly keeping for builds to come.
Cons: Very slight ocassional buzzing when I had a 3.5" hard drive installed in the bottom cage. I have since changed my storage to an SSD so I don't have complaints for drive vibration anymore; might be a fluke/easy fix for my case.
Other Thoughts: I feel this may be that "sweet spot" for computer cases. Just like an old diesel Mercedes-Benz, it's built with clean lines, thoughtful engineering, and tough as a rock. Purchasing this case is a no-brainer.
