5 out of 5 eggsAmazing case, Function > Form

Pros: Cable management is amazing.
Very nice airflow keeps the components very cool.
No frills design doesn't bother adding stuff like illuminated fans or airflow louvers. Instead this case has used that design budget on more functional (in my opinion) useful components.
The standard as-shipped layout of fans and drive cages works very well for a simple "stick it together" system.

Cons: My only real issue, is the top rear standard 140mm included exhaust fan vibrates and rattles. It seems like the top of the metal case is intermittently touching the top of the fan cage(not blades), causing a low buzzing noise which goes away when the top of the case is gently pressed or dampened.

The front filter MAY be difficult to clean, as proper airflow causes the dust to accumulate on the metal grating on top of the filter. And the only way to remove the filter, is to bend the metal tabs of the metal grid itself. This probably will cause the metal grating tabs to fatigue and break after only a few (probably warranty voiding) filter removals.

The blue power light seems BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN, it is very piercing, and as I usually use my computer as a file and media server along with other general use; it is continuously on, and the light is VERY distracting at night.

Other Thoughts: I am very happy with this case, and it was well recommended.
Currently, this case keeps my components plenty cool, and I am not using the integrated fan controller, and as such; some space is wasted.
Nothing about this case would make me not want to recommend it to anyone looking for an ATX case.

The case is very solid, and VERY well designed; I count the fact that it doesn't have goofy lights or something "12 year old me" would find "amazing dude!" as a plus.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: Great looks- neither flashy nor dull
Smoked side panel window
3 dust filters- top, front, bottom
3 140mm fans w/ speed control & dual 240mm rad support
Modular and sturdy drive cages
Clean cable management options
Solid construction
Competitive price

Cons: Drive cages are not tool-less (not a con personally)
Smoked side panel window is a little darker than I expected

Other Thoughts: I absolutely love this case. Very easy to build in with lots of hardware flexibility. I rearranged the included fans- 2 in the front and one on the bottom all as intakes, and have a Corsair H75 exhausting out the back. The smoked window looks great and is the perfect size, showing all that you want to see and nothing that you don't. Definitely the best case I've ever worked with and would recommend to anyone.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: *Great cable management
*top, front and bottom removable dust filters
*3 big fans and a controller for all 3
*repositionable 3 drive bay
*additional removable 5 drive bay
*lots of options for mounting more fans and such or positioning things differently

Cons: * Installing my h110 280mm radiator was possible but rather time consuming, and only worked with the removal of the 5 drive bay.
* In fact, a lot of components take a bit more time than you would expect to manipulate, though this may be mostly a product of its solid construction.
* The fan controller only supports the 3 fans which is fine if don't plan on adding beyond the 3 fans already installed, but still seems a bit limiting.

Other Thoughts: All in all it feels like a case that might cost even two or three hundred dollars.

5 out of 5 eggsA Good Flexible Non Flashy Case

Pros: I am a Lian-Li guy, I have always used Lian-Li cases. I needed a new case for my new rig, and I was looking at this along with a similiar Lian-Li case. This case by far is way more flexible. You can re-configure everything that counts on this case to fit any air or water cooling needs.

Cons: I wish there were risers for the behind the mother board SSD mounts. Intel's SSDs are very thin and you can't get the cables to work. This is OK though, because I just threw them into the HD cage.

Other Thoughts: I am tired of all of these case companies making flashy cases. The wired molded front panels just don't appeal to me. I want an adult computer case, that displays the performance and sophistication of your rig.

Thank You Fractal Design, you are awesome!

5 out of 5 eggsBest case for the money

Pros: Quiet! Roomy! Great quality case. Best case I've ever bought. Switched out an old case put the fans on the middle setting of the fan controller can't tell the thing is on. Had to put some lighting in it to know its on.

Cons: Tinted side window. Bought some red cold cathode lighting so I could tell its on. They are definitely PINK! Not sure if its the tinted window or the light but its my wife's pc so she's actually happy.

Other Thoughts: Just buy it! works great. Looks great! Tons of room. My NZXT case barely has room the noctua CPU cooler. This case has tons of clearance.

5 out of 5 eggsI LOVE IT

Pros: Light weight removable drive bays, tool-less drive installation, great ventilation .

Cons: none as of yet

Other Thoughts: there is tons of space in this case. Ventilation is awesome so far and the additional space for more fans is great also

5 out of 5 eggsOne of the best Mid-Size Towers!

Pros: Just used this for a new system build and I love it! It is incredibly modular and it is so modular, they even included a front side removable panel for your fans! You just push in on each side and is snaps out! The case also comes with filters on all of the fan docks! Overall it is a great mid-tower case!

Cons: There are mainly two cons, which one is just being nit-picky. The first one is the grounding mounts. I do not seem to have luck with grounding mounts on cases. Every one I have had I had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get in half of the mounting screws. Do case manufacturers not spend time on this little detail? Only the NZXT Phantom have I had MB grounding mounts drilled perfectly.

The second gripe is it does not have great sound proofing. I expected this since I knew it was not one of their silent cases, but it would have been nice to have more sound proofing for a higher priced mid-sized tower. Overall though, minor cons that do not hinder the quality of this case.

Other Thoughts: Overall highly pleased with purchase! I research many mid-sized towers before buying and happy I spent the extra money for this case!

5 out of 5 eggsTerrific case

Pros: For a first time builder this case was fantastic. Solid, plenty of room for both parts and to work in, and with enough features that I think it would satisfy most builds. Cable management went very smoothly, and I have plenty of room for additions and upgrades of parts and cooling options I really like the understated looks, too;

Cons: I'm really having to stretch to think of cons for a case like this at the price ... I suppose the window being tinted makes it difficult to see the work that went into making the interior look good. Then again, that gives me the excuse to maybe put an LED strip in there! The other thing that sort of does bug me is the top position of the front ports; my pc is up on a desk rather than the floor and mskes using them somewhat awkward.

Other Thoughts: Obviously as a first time builder my experience with a bunch of cases is very low. That said, I did a ton of research, and I couldn't be happier with the quality, stock cooling, and build flexibility this case provides for the price.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Case

Pros: -Three 140mm fans offering great airflow right out of the box.
-Removal dust filters for easy cleaning.
-Future proof for water cooling if desired.
-One inch of cable management.
-Extremely well built and durable.
-Sleek simple design away from all those plastic "alien" looking cases that blind you with disco lights.
-I can keep listing pro's but you get the idea...

Cons: There's really nothing I can complain about.

Other Thoughts: Absolutely love this case, huge upgrade over my old one and pictures really don't do this case justice. It's a gorgeous, sleek looking case and you can tell as soon as you open the box that this is a very high quality product. It's no wonder Fractal Design claimed the top case manufacturer of 2013.
