5 out of 5 eggsI love this Case

Pros: The Case has lots of BIG openingins and has lots of room for potential hard drive space. It has a blue LED which is cute but worthless, aside from looking amazing. It has A BIG side fan mounted on the window side which is EASY to clean, and Perpendicular to the Motherboard side which does not have vents. BUT VENTS ON ALL SIDES except the mother board wall. It actually feels like an Air conditioner at times. It's got a fan for the top and the back and side. the power supply is mounted on the bottom. It is very roomy for motherboards. And Graphics cards are mounted at the back of the computer console. It has a window so you can see inside and know when to dust it out.

Cons: The Fan can some times nick the wires giving it a Freakishly scary sound. When the CPU is processing too much or when one of the Fans is turned off, the MAIN 4 inch fan Starts roaring, Make sure All your fans are on. Also the Wires if jostled knock against the fan make sure you mount your wires carefully. Or get hardware that has wire protection. IT does need the dust sweep treatment which is easy to do on it.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's a monster!

Pros: Very roomy, able to fit everything I ever wanted in it. The fans are monsterous and able to push out a lot of air. I set the switch to high and left it.

Cons: None as of yet.

1 out of 5 eggsStay far away

Pros: This case was sold with a $40 rebate, though the company conveniently lost my documentation.

Cons: Everything. Cooling is awful. Motherboard tray is not removable. Construction materials are the cheapest junk you can find and will break easily. Fans are not standard, and replacements for some (notably, the front intake fans in the shrouds) are not available anywhere on earth. Once your intake fan dies, you are stuck with no intake or a fan that just sits in the case, rendering it ineffective. Seems like a no-brainer that for a computer company that likes its customers, you should make sure that the fans are either standard issue (and therefore replaceable at any computer store) or that you should sell replacements yourself. Once your front fan goes, you are out of luck, buy a new case. These fans will fail, and fast, and the awful cooling characteristics of this case are quickly exacerbated by the the lack of an intake fan. Also, the side fan extends to far into the case, thereby not allowing the use of many aftermarket heatsink/fan combos.

The rebate is a scam. After a year of correspondence, I wouldn't trust them to actually fulfill their rebates. They lost my documents and requested that I email them a copy. If emailing a copy of rebate documents was sufficient, why make customers jump through the hoop of mailing it in in the first place? I think this request for digital copies of paper documents is done to frustrate customers who do not have scanners into giving up on the issue.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this. For the price, you can actually afford a premium case. Don't be fooled thinking this is a good deal, the intake fans will fail and you will then be forced to either deal with awful cooling problems or throw the case out long before its natural end of life. This was clearly done on purpose, as there is no way to mount a fan without their shroud and the shroud will not fit any except 135mm fans. Search the internet for 135mm case fan and you will see that only one company is selling such a product and it is not a standard size/shape, so it won't fit anyway.

1 out of 5 eggsFans

Pros: Looked great, good reviews. When I bought it, it was one of the very few that were painted inside. About 2 weeks after I finished building it, they brought out the red interior, thanks a lot.

Cons: A lot of professional reviewers really liked this case, positively gushing about the not 1, but 2, 230mm fans. Guess they were measurement challenged. Fans are not as stated. The top / side fans measure 194mm. 230mm X .0393 = 9 1/16", case is only 8.1" wide. Oops. The front fans measure 135mm, don't try to replace them with 140mm fans because 140's won't fit inside the "shouds" that attach them to drive bays. Holes line up to mount 120mm fans, but leave 1/4" gap around the edges. You can get a 140mm to 120mm adapter and cut it down to fit inside the "shroud" and make it look like you know what you are doing, get 2. The only fan that is as stated is the top, rear fan. Good thing cause that's where I am mounting my Kuhler 920. You can also mount a 120/140mm in the floor in front of PSU if PSU is not gigantic. Really liked this case UNTIL I started to upgrade it. If size matters, you better be preared to live with it as it is.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Great case for my first build. Lots of room to work with. Great airflow with all five pre installed fans. I added one more fan to the optional fan place at bottom of case. Lots of room for up grades.

Cons: Cable management was a little tight on back side panel behind mother board. But this was my first build so not docking egg for it.

Other Thoughts: Great case. I would recommend for a first time builder, due to lots of room to work with.

5 out of 5 eggsReliable and effective

Pros: Reliable. Got this case in January of 2010, and it's still going strong. No fan failure, no quirks, just performance. Love the blue lighting as well!

Cons: May not be the best case at cooling. Not sure, but most of my components run warmer than they supposed run in general at certain overclock/voltage combinations, but that could be room temperature or poor thermal compound application on my part. Not sure. Could be the case, but who knows.

Other Thoughts: Great case for the price. Looking to upgrade, but this was a great case to get my started in the PC world three years ago!

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Build Case!

Pros: This case has 5 fans, and it's quieter than my old 1 fan case! This case does have USB 3.0 that already has a USB 2.0 port on it if your motherboard does not support 3.0. The blue LED fans are really good looking and the case itself is GIANT. It cooled my CPU down 10 degrees Celsius even with my stock CPU fan!

Cons: One of the front expansion slots doesn't like to clip in all the way so if I press it lightly, it indents. I fixed this problem by screwing it in with the included screws, though.

Other Thoughts: This is a great budget case! I highly recommend it to new builders.
