Build the ultimate gaming rig with the Solano 1000 by AZZA. This full tower case can accommodate Micro ATX and ATX motherboards. You’ll have more than enough room for storage with eight internal 3.5-inch bays. Adding new drives is a breeze with the included HDD cage that holds up to eight drives and easily unscrews for quick removal.
The Solano 1000 is constructed from Japanese SECC for extra durability and features a metal mesh front for optimal air flow. For card and CPU cooling, the side panel houses a blue LED 230mm intake fan and the two blue LED 140mm fans on the front panel cool HDDs. The top panel 230mm blue LED fan and the rear 120mm fan vent heat to minimize system slowdown.
Push your rig to the limit with water cooling. Holes are predrilled in the rear panel for external radiator installation. When not in use, rubber grommets keep the dust out. She's a big un
- Pros: My Solano arrived today, right on time, and I was struck by its large stature. Moving up from a Lian Li 351 Mid Tower, this thing is a brute. Quality construction, cavernous interior, gentle glowing blue fans, low price...it's like having a roller derby queen sitting beside you on your desk.
- Cons: It cost me 34 smackers to have this thing shipped, which puts a big hole in the $40 rebate, so plan accordingly. The fans can't be controlled by the motherboard. Also, not a big deal, but the manual is in that funny "Alright, who speaks the most English? Okay, your in charge of the manual" translation.
- Other Thoughts: Despite the Solano's larger footprint, in order to utilize the 230mm side fan, your cpu cooler has to be 140mm or smaller, which rules out all of the big daddy towers. I chose to go for the old standby Xigmatek 983 and it seems to be doing fine. Make sure you have enough juice going to a molex cable to run all of the fans.
Vacation
- Pros: Two 230mm fans (top and side), two 140mm (front), and 120mm (rear). The hide away design for cables, makes for a unclutterd case. Its construction and design.
- Cons: No USBs on the bottom/front.

Nice Case
- Pros: Lots of airflow with 5 fans. Everything installed easy enough into it. Cool black finish with blue leds that look great. Wire management was easy with a fair amount of extra room.
Paired with Azza 850 power supply which works well and runs quiet.
- Cons: This case is tall but not very wide. Many larger CPU coolers won't work without modding the case. I went with Arctic Cooler as it wasn't too tall. Can't use coolers that are more than 130mm tall, and that's pushing it.
This and power supply advertised with $40 rebates. Only ever got one, and not happy!
Can't understand a company that offers rebates on two items, but when you purchase them, only wants to provide one!! Had I known, I wouldn't have bought both items together!!!
Won't happen again!

- Pros: Attractive large, well constructed full tower case with outstanding fans for the best cooling I have seen. Very nice layout up front. All the necessary hardware and screws included. Lots of room to expand.
