AZZA unveils Genesis 9000. Offering unprecedented features, with uncompromised performance, all at an unbeatable price. Among the many courteous innovations you’ll find in Genesis 9000, is a removable motherboard tray that can be installed in two opposite directions. Placed in the traditional way, your CPU is next to the top fan. Place the motherboard tray in reverse, the ventilator is now in close proximity to your VGA cards. Placing a giant exhaust fan next to your hotspot is one feature that helps keep the computer cool locally. Furthermore, since the physics of good airflow demands global planning of the position and the direction of the ventilators to ensure adequate air intake and proper exhaustion, Genesis 9000 is engineered with the power supply installed in the front bottom so that 2 x 140 mm mid- and rear-bottom fans can supply gusts of wind blasting upward removing excess heat via the top 2x230 mm fan. This design generates an uninterrupted vertical airflow that allows air to flow in a straight line from bottom to top, providing optimum cooling for the entire system.  The full-tower case supports dual-power supply. A second power supply may be installed in the rear bottom.

Genesis 9000 is as accommodating as it is thoughtful. The array of attentive features includes its capability to house a 480 mm water cooling radiator, the longest available in the industry.  In fact, this expansive case has enough room for up to three radiators including one 480 mm plus another 240 mm and a third 120 mm. Also, it is the first in its class to hold VGA cards up to 400 mm. Maximum compatibility with motherboard allows for installation of XL-ATX, E-ATX, Full ATX, and Micro ATX. It is equipped with five easy swap HDD slots, supporting up to nine 5.25” drive bays. With nine add-on card slots, it is fully capable to accommodate quad-SLI.

Combining each of its innovative features, Genesis 9000 offers cutting-edge over convention, delivering a gaming experience second to none.

Reversible motherboard tray can be rotated 180 degrees to orient graphics cards at the top, next to the top fan to enhance the efficiency of heat dissipation.
  • newegg Unmatched Cooling Performance An ideal vertical airflow is generated to offer exceptional system cooling: with the power supply installed at the front bottom, 2x140mm stock fans located at the bottom blast cool air upward with the heat exhausted via the 2x230mm top fan. 5 out of 5 eggsMassive cool cave for your rig

Pros: As most have said this thing is simply massive, it almost comes up to my waist. Ability to install a 4x120 rad on top and 2x140 rad on bottom make for some interesting watercooling combinations, Plenty of room for cable management, removable dust filters on the bottom intakes, Possible to add 2nd PSU if necessary. Just an awesome case. The included LED's look sweet and are not so bright they will keep you awake, however they are hooked up to a switch on the top panel if you wish to shut them off. Possible to add 2 more 120mm fans on other side of case to blow air accross the drives and you can add another 230mm fan on the side panel to bring even more air into the case. PSU mounted up front so easy access to the PSU kill switch if necessary and any light from your PSU should show through the mesh. Also to 3dGamerman's delight the motherboard tray is removeable to do your install, not that it really matters with this much room inside the case. You will love it and it has plenty of room for future expansion.

Cons: Since it's made from strong steel mostly (top and bottem covers are plastic) this thing is heavy empty and might require a hand truck or a buddy to move once fully loaded with gear, Would not suggest using it for a LAN party box unless your last name is Banner. IF you leave it in the R-ATX mode you might need cable extenders for some power cables but that is also up to what kinda power supply you have. Plastic parts are sturdy but it takes a little more force than I like when removing them, just be careful so you dont break a tab. (really picky) only comes with 2 SATA backplanes for the 5 drive bays but you can order more directly from AZZA support.

Other Thoughts: Super case, lots of room, as long as you hit the gym a bit before you order it you should be ok, and if you do your research before ordering parts the R-ATX shouldnt be a problem, and you can always rotate it around if you want (and yes the side panels switch sides as well when you flip the insides. Another heads up the top 3 or 4 drive bays have blanks behind the mesh that have to be bent out with a screw driver to be removed be careful not to cut youself on the metal parts.

5 out of 5 eggsGlad i ended up with this "house" for my case

Pros: I was fighting with this one or a mid case. This thing is huge. It fits everything i own with room for plenty. It comes with 7 fans already installed and it keeps everything super cold. I dont even use all the fans. It does look pretty sick in a dark room all lit up. It has plenty of space for cable management and the graphics card support is nice for my 7950. It is inverted compared to normal placement of typical setups as the GPU is on top so it blows directly out the top. Two massive fans up top suck out all heat, while the almost as massive fans below push it up.

Cons: none...

Other Thoughts: Its big....very happy with the case

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing service

Pros: The case itself is great. It has a ton of room, I really like the reverse ATX idea, good cable management, good cooling, sturdy, looks good. all around a good case

Cons: This thing is HEAVY! Although that could be a good thing.
some of the fans can be a little loud with the high speed button activated

Other Thoughts: Azza has blown me away with their service. I damaged one of the side panels during maintenance and contacted Azza for a replacement. They are giving me the side panel free of charge, I only have to pay for shipping! Azza is now my preferred choice for cases.

5 out of 5 eggsMassive case, overall good buy

Pros: -Huge
-Quality steel, rather than cheap aluminum or plastic
-Semi tool-less design

Cons: -Thumb screws come on way too tight, had to use pliers to get them off the first time.
-Drive mounting system is tooless, except that you have to screw 3.5" drives into a mount, which then slides in like a normal tooless latch system.
-Top ventilation makes the top exhaust fans loud (rather, the way the air is blown out is loud).
-Have to unscrew (thumscrews) the bottom part of the front panel to turn the power supply off without unplugging the system. You can move the PSU to the rear like most cases, but to do this, you have to move the two rear 140mm fans.

Other Thoughts: Overall a great case, would recommend to anyone. Absolutely massive. All of the cons are really minor inconveniences, but are made up for elsewhere. Love the aesthetics, though I think the colored side panel piece is pointless. I'd much prefer a red-tinted side window.

5 out of 5 eggsCool (large) part III

Pros: I replaced the Corsair H80i with a H100i and flipped the motherboard to the ATX position. Now my two GTX 670s run much cooler. I was amazed how easy it was to change the motherboard from the RTX to ATX position.

Cons: Mounting the H100i radiator so the Corsair light on the pump would be right-side-up was a tight stretch of the coolant tubing over the RAM.

5 out of 5 eggsLarge (quiet) Large Part II

Pros: Cooler Master Megaflow 200mm fans fit the top holes. I now can control these two, a side mounted BitFenix 230mm, and two BitFenix 140mm fans on the bottom with a NZXT Sentry LX controller. This allows me to turn the LEDs on without increasing the speed of the fans.

Cons: The case is still very large and heavy.

Other Thoughts: i7-3770K @4.3GHz on a Asus Z77 Sabertooth w/Corsair H80i
16Gb Corsair Dominator GT 2133MHz memory
Two Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce cards
OCZ 256Gb Vertex 4, and WD Black 1Tb HDD

5 out of 5 eggsThe OMEGA Case (dude I'm so serious)

Pros: In the beginning (of this build) Lord Khaos said, "DAM YO THAT'S A MONSTA A$# CASE"!!! and it was good . LOL but for real you guys this is a realllllllly biggun, server case big, and you would probly have to get a custom one made if you needed bigger. I see that some reviewers say this case is loud I say Bull pucky on that one I can't even hear it if my heaters on, and the dam thing is runnin flat out on the floor next to me I think they have a touch of Tinnitus or something. this case dwarfs my current build so in the future I plan to try my best and do the American thing (manifest destiny and all that rot) and fill the sum bi@#h so new egg get ready to take my money!

Cons: It isn't a TARDIS

Other Thoughts: Current build (7.8 on windows experience meter if that maters)
