5 out of 5 eggsGreat customer service

Pros: Inexpensive case that works for me. Well packaged without any damage. All metal was smooth and well painted.
Unlike the Newegg video description of this case, my case came with USB 3.0 motherboard header connectors. (The video shows a USB 3.0 pass-through cable that connects to a rear USB 3.0 output on the motherboard). More on that under Other Thoughts.

Cons: Thin metal but not unexpected for the price.

Other Thoughts: The older motherboard I planned to install in this case does not have USB 3.0 connectors, so the pass-through worked for me and is one reason I purchased this case. I emailed rma@hecgroupusa.com and they sent me an RMA form which I filled out. Less than a week later I received the new front panel with the USB 3.0 pass-through cable. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE !!!!
It took less than ten minutes to replace the panel.

2 out of 5 eggsNot a Good Purchase

Pros: 1) cheap, got it for 23.59$ ( price after rebate)
2) small and light

Cons: 1)Power Supply Does not fit into the slot.
2)Only came with one fan (I know I should have checked the spec)
3) very hard to install wireless adapter into the pci slot-it keeps on moving.
4) No reset button
5) SDD does not fit into the holder -need to be tapped to , cannot screw to the case

Other Thoughts: Overall thoughts: Would not pay more than 25$ for this case. It's one of those cheap cases that you get what you paid for.

5 out of 5 eggsCouldnt ask for a better deal

Pros: Comes apart easily, Cheap but durable.

Cons: Front Ports

Other Thoughts: I had to unscrew and get the front ports to line up and pop back into their spot correctly. The USB 3.0 Was only half in its spot. Wasnt difficult to fix though.

1 out of 5 eggsIt's worth what you pay for it (assuming you get the $20 rebate)

Pros: Cheap. Decent Looking.

Cons: -Very cheap.
-Power supply wouldn't even fit without bending a bunch of metal.
-Unable to screw power supply into case.
-They only supply 2 motherboard screws (seriously?)
-Was a real pain to get motherboard installed and aligned with backplate.

Other Thoughts: Would have been decent a decent case if my standard ATX components would have fit more easily.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budge Case

Pros: This case is great, It is big enought for my AMD 6970 Video card, It has plrnty of places for 120 mm fans. Up to 2 on font , only 1 if using 3.5 slot. 2 on side 2 on top 1 in back. This case is lighht but sturdy due to ribing on side panels, It also looks great. My case came with the 20 pin mobo usb 3.0 front cord not the pass thru like shown in picture to go to rear.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This case is just as good as my HAF 912 which is $20 more, which does not have front USB 3.0. I plan on buy another for my next build...

4 out of 5 eggsIt's worth $20.

Pros: It's roomy, and good airflow options.

Plenty of room for 3.5" hdds (using mine as a media server). I was also looking at the cougar spike atx case when it was on sale but it didn't have enough 3.5" spots without buying adapters for the 5.25" bays.

The case is light, I was surprised when I picked up the box.

USB 3.0 on the front.

Cons: My only gripe about this case is the front panel design. What a pain to get it off to install the front fans. There are 4 screws that need to be removed before it pops off, unlike almost every other case I've used where a little tug can pull the panel off. Getting the screws back in was more of an issue than getting them out. Could just be fat fingers.

The included fan was black (not orange as pictured). However, it seems to be a match for the orange cougar CF-T12S4 fans I also picked up just with black blades.

Other Thoughts: The case is almost the same exact size as my Antec 300.

I understand some of the negative reviews or marks people gave the case for being "flimsy" but I find it completely acceptable. I had to LOL at the guy complaining it dented when he dropped the case... well duh? Don't drop it. The only advantage I see in sturdier cases is noise dampening but I use silent fans and with 6 fans running (cooling a lot of hdds) it's virtually silent.

Also the bottom 2.5" ssd is perfectly fine despite what any reviewer says. Don't use angled sata cables (duh they don't work in a variety of cases for 2.5" mounts) and plug them into the ssd before mounting it - problem solved.

Anyone with any competence will find this case a good bargain, especially when you get it for $20.

5 out of 5 eggsGrand Champion of budget builds

Pros: It has all the features of a modern case at a great price.

Cons: No cons.

Other Thoughts: This is my second Cougar Solution case.

After the $20 rebate and free shipping this tower is the Undisputed Grand Champion of budget builds.

In my opinion it's hands down the best budget case on the market.

4 out of 5 eggsMid Level Case

Pros: Lots of fan mounts, great air circulation, filters are a plus, and cost was great.

Cons: If you're using a large CPU air cooler (Thermaltake Frio) its a bit of a tight fit and takes away a possible fan mount Sturdier than most in this price range.

Other Thoughts: Great price/performance overall. Once i upgrade to liquid cooling this will be a great little case.
