1 out of 5 eggsTerrible Case

Pros: Looks pretty.

Cons: Hard to fit any hardware into the case
Cheap metal
Thin plastic front cover can be easily broken
Terrible design
Took about 4 hours more to build a PC than any other case that I've worked with because cable management was so awful. Will never let a client pick this out again.

Other Thoughts: If you're building your first computer do not buy this case, go with Raidmax or Rosewill for the same price, they're much more functional than this case.

3 out of 5 eggsBudget choice with compact case need with liquid cooler

Pros: 1. relative small size compare to the other mid tower
2. easy to install and upgrade with.
3. led light on the front panel looks nice

Cons: 1. I original used I7 4970k with a mid size fan cpu cool, but the the case fan at the back get very load constantly and the CPU tempt can reach high as 95 degree under load. I have the change the fan cpu cooler with a Corsair Hydro Series H60 to keep the cpu tempt down to with in 60-70 while gaming and change case fan to work as a front intake
2. doesn't include hard drive brackets as they have to all scroll in to the case

Other Thoughts: As the Budget case under 40. May be a i3 or i5 would be reasonable for the case fan to handle. But if set up like my set up with i7 and 980ti for gaming pc, best to include in the liquid cooler as the noise of the case fan under 100% load is unbearable to me.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY

Pros: Looks decent

Cons: HUGE pain to install parts
Audio jack AND headphone jack will NOT plug in all the way
Somewhat cramped for a mid-tower

Other Thoughts: Overall, this case is not even worth $10. Pass on it. I helped my friend's dad, who has been building computers for 25 years, build my computer with this case. He said he has NEVER seen a case more poorly designed then this one. It was FAR too awkward in multiple ways and places to install parts, such as the graphics card, in place as there were pieces in the way. There is only one fan, and not too many places to place others, and if you did it would still be somewhat awkward to fit it in.
After spending much longer putting the computer together, I went to plug in my headphones (which I've used for months on my older computer), only to discover that the headphone jack will NOT work! You can not plug the jack in all the way, and even if you jam it in as much as it'll go, the computer still will not recognize it's plugged in. Now I have to go out and buy USB speakers, as I have none (who does?!). Not to mention the microphone jack is the same way, luckily for me my microphone is already USB.
DEFINITELY not buying another Xigmatek case ever again. I've had a terrible experience with this case, and I don't want anyone to go through the same troubles. This case is not worth it, find a different one, even if it's more expensive. You'll thank me later.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case for a low price!

Pros: Lightweight, tool-less design, great air-flow for cooling, aggressive gaming appeal, front and bottom filters, front panel USB and audio

Cons: It's weight - or lack thereof...? Light leakage on frontal area.

Other Thoughts: Yeah - I know I put weight down as a pro and a con - but if you're looking for a light case to drag around (even after stuffing it with your gear) - this is the case for you. For myself, since it lives on a desk, I've found that it can be easily moved when you don't want it to move (but that can be a plus as well - it makes it easy and quick to work on).

Seriously - if you want a great gaming case on a budget, this is one great all-around performer. It has just enough room to hide cables behind the side, to allow for better airflow and looks.

I was able to easily fit a NVidia 9800 GX2 - so when they say it can support large graphics cards, they ain't lyin'!

You can put up to 3 120mm fans in it (front, back, side) - the side fan can go even larger if wanted or needed. The front fan area is easily visible (behind a thin filter - which works really well) - I installed an animated LED fan which looks great.

I had an issue with light leakage around the front panel (I lit up the inside of my case like crazy) - but I was able to black it out with some properly attached pieces of electrical tape on the inside edges - but it could be more "light tight".

Note that the front "orange" strips are lit with white LEDs - they aren't clear strips lit with orange LEDs (what I was hoping for) - so keep that in mind for modding; if you want another color, you'll have to create new strips to fit.

Assembly and disassembly turned out to be easy and quick; I do suggest, however, to get some proper black metal thumbscrews, as the included ones are plastic knobs on metal - they felt a bit cheap.

Also, look for some black metal replacement slot covers, as the slots are designed to be "popped out" - and silver ones just ruin the design, IMHO. My goal was an all-black color scheme, with a blue lighting inside; at a future point, I will likely fix the orange strips up front - but a blue/orange color scheme is not the worst thing.

3 out of 5 eggsIts alright

Pros: For the price its a nice finish(on mine)

Cons: Small case
hard for cable management

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for an alright case for a cheap build it works.
Some people have had hit\miss results. In my case I got a hit.

4 out of 5 eggsNot the best. Not the worst. Just works.

Pros: This case is what i think of when I imagine a budget friendly case. It does its job. Insanely quiet for the money. Case isn't as aesthetically offensive as its similarly priced competitors. If you leave the case cover off in a dark room, the light

Cons: The manual is garbage. The screw placement is SO NOT INTUITIVE. I had to salvage screws from older pc's that I own. Also, metal is easily bent if screws are overtightened. The tool-less "features" are a joke. Drive placement schema is...deceptive, for lack of a better word. Building in this case caused me the kind of frustration that made me throw in the towel more than once. The case had considerable "oil canning" in the metal, which is either due to excess metal or loose fasteners.

Other Thoughts: It did its job. I wasn't looking for miracles.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for Budget builds!

Pros: -Comes with a quiet and cool 120mm fan
-Nice gradient-like orange leds in the front
-Usb 3 and 2 work swell
-Has a gaming case look that is hard to find at this price

Cons: -Non I have been able to experience/find

Other Thoughts: I have not added any fans to the included 1 120mm and it is cooled nicely. I have an athlon 860k and an r9 270 in this case running at nice temps. Overall a great case for the price :D

3 out of 5 eggsCheap case

Pros: Only thing I can say is it looks nice for the price
I have not used it yeat but my main reason I'm leaving a review is to let people know it's very weak a cheap material on the inside

Cons: Out of all the cases of ever had,I've never seen or had the front come apart from the base of the case which doesn't make any sense,so if need be you can open from the front and pull apart or use the side panel like normal
How ever when I received the package the case looked like it was attached together but wasn't,all the front pins that snap/hold the front together was broken,I'm not sure how it happened with it being shut but there was peices everywhere and was very disappointed, good thing about it is I can tape it together because I'm I need of the case and don't feel like waiting my time waiting for another one that could happen again with the same issue,I'm building a pc and have other parts on the way, this is the first time ordering with new egg and hope the other stuff comming stays safe,by far the worst packaging I've ever seen,no effort for bubble or padding to protect your things.
Besides the case being as cheap as it is this can happen to any of your shipments, pathetic that there so cheap not to protect your stuff and that's maiknreason why there's so much returns on things

Other Thoughts: Very dissapointed with there packaging not sure if I'll ever but again hope my other stuff on the way doesn't fault or break

2 out of 5 eggsWould never buy again. Looks good, though.

Pros: Looks beautiful to me. If it wasn't made out of such cheap and flimsy materials, it would be a great case if you ask me.

Cons: Cheap. Flimsy. Side bulges if you try to put cables back there. Front panel comes off too easy, resulting in the pcb snapping in half with the usb ports in the front. No mount for front fan like shown in picture.

Other Thoughts: Bought this case on sale, disregarding reviews because I thought it looked great and I have wanted to try it out for a while. BIG mistake. Built the computer, things went smooth. Went to pick it up to take it to the client I was building it for, put my hand under the front panel to lift it out of the desk hole, and the thing COMES OFF in an upward direction, snapping the pcb in half that has the usb ports and such, and pulling all the wires off the motherboard. I guess I'm partly to blame for that, but I'm still going to knock this case down a lot for it's cheap materials and shady cable management. For the same price, get a Thermaltake or a Rosewill. I've never had any problems out of either. Just my .02 cents. Currently looking for another case so I can get my client his computer.
