4 out of 5 eggsdecent

Pros: Cheap, looks decent, easy for wiring, water cool compatible (ish)

Cons: Arrived with broken pieces inside, I'm not sure where they came from...quite brittle, panels were loose so I had to reinforce them myself...

Other Thoughts: I couldnt fit my corsair h55 water cooler so I had to cut the panel lol...I didnt care since this thing was so cheap...

4 out of 5 eggsNot 1/2 Bad

Pros: Looks futuristic and it's orange. Will look nice once you finish building it.

Cons: It is kind of cheap but you can work With it. When i received it 1 of the PCI brackets was broken but there will be one for replacement. Many screws but you have to figure out where to put them. The manual was awful with just a few details. It is a mission to build a computer with it but if you really want " Be ready".

3 out of 5 eggsWorkable Case, but Look Elsewhere

Pros: Workable case with rear-mounted fan unit
USB 3.0 front-panel header
SSD cage
Integral stand-offs
It's a case - cheap

Cons: Horrible hardware - fortunately not much of it
Lightweight, flexible design - easily bent
Arrived slightly dented - easy to push back into (and out of) shape
Unhelpful instructions with tiny images
Impossible to reach screw to retain video card - must partially disassemble the case!

Other Thoughts: I had to use screws leftover from a previous build as the supplied hardware is soft and useless
I read the other reviews but I went ahead with this case because of the price - Don't do this! Spend a bit extra and get something workable - like Cooler Master.
Seriously...buy something else!

4 out of 5 eggsIt's ok...

Pros: It is a solid case with ok cable management, lots of screws, and good airflow with a near silent fan included.

Cons: It is not a good thing for people who will be moving their case around or opening and closing it because the build quality is great for stationary use, yet still can get dented and bent up quite a bit. The front panel connectors are not mounted in the best way and I found that taking some hot glue and going at it would be the best approach.

Other Thoughts: Otherwise this is a good case for a beginner and I can recommend it wholeheartedly FOR THIS PRICE. But if your doing an expensive build, this case would hardly do it justice. So *If you do a high quality build, do it in a different case.*

3 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: It is super cheap, price wise.

It has USB 3.0 front headers.

It looks decent enough.

Has built in stand offs.

Cons: It is cheap, build quality wise. The metal is flexible, and is barely sturdy.

The HD audio front headers on my unit has a fuzzy noise to it and is completely unusable, even with realtek audio drivers install. My mobo audio output works perfect however, so I can conclude it's the faulty header.

Honestly, one usb 3.0 and one usb 2.0 ports in the front is not enough, this case could of really could benefit with 3 or even 4 usb front headers.

There is not enough clearance for large air coolers like CM hyper 212 evo for example.

Other Thoughts: This xigmatek case is pretty doable for budget and or first time builders. But it lacks a lot of premium features, like hdd bays, and a dependable build quality. I'd only recommend this to savvy builders if it's under if $40 or so bucks (bought mine when it was $30), other than that, any other name brand case or more expensive case will surpass this one.

3 out of 5 eggsSeems like it would be a good case

Pros: Has USB 3.0, pretty good cable management, and nice 2.5 SSD mounting positions. Okay budget build case, 3 Egg due to receiving front cover broken.

Cons: Rattle in box upon arrival, thought it was just screws for the case, pulled case from box, front cover stayed in box, once removed noted that all 3 prong sets on the left side are broken off. Front cover sits on tilted, and will not hold onto case.

Other Thoughts: Would love to have an option to get a replacement front cover.

1 out of 5 eggsWhere to start

Pros: I want to start off, the ONLY pro here is:

Newegg customer support, who helped me with this terrible Terrible TERRIBLE ABOMINATION. They should just stop carrying this case all together, and I wish I had read more of these reviews.

If I could give less than 0 eggs to counteract all these 5 egg people who don't care about quality, I WOULD.

Cons: First thing I see when I pull it out of the box?
Missing the power button, off to a GREAT start

The back fan had a stripped screw head (yes, the head of the screw, so I couldn't even put a screwdriver to it to fix it) that was sticking cockeyed out of the case; the fan itself had scratches around its edges.

The case says it's micro compatible, which is bull... The stands for the motherboard screws aren't even aligned, my motherboard has one corner just sitting in space,

and forget about installing cards!! I don't even want to mention how much time I spent installing my graphics because of the shoddy designing that went into this niche system.
I eventually Mcgyver'd it but have a screw sticking out of the back of my case.

and on the matter of screws, I pulled out all the screws and the manual, and I challenge anyone to show me that they are what is listed on the paper.

and while I mention the manual; you're better off guessing where things go than rely on that joke.

The front ports don't even work, I can plug in my USBs, but the headphone/mic are just for show; they do nothing.

Let's see what else...

They must've made this thing out of a new hybrid toilet paper metal, because everything bends at the slightest touch. The stands it sit on came loose. You have to snap off the back ports, and the ones that came pre-snapped (HAHAH) don't fit well.

There is probably space for as many Hard Drives as it lists, but have fun getting them in there.

Optional front fan? HAHAHA

I also noticed this strange blue light around my computer and wondered what it was; it was the bulb that makes half of the orange strip light up, it was pouring out of my case b/c the front panel isn't even securely on the case. I had to 'force' it shut.

Goodness, I'm not even finished and I'm almost hitting 2,000 of my 3,000 character limit?

YOU GET THE IDEA, DO NOT BUY!!

Other Thoughts: There's "you get what you pay for"

and then there's "you pay for some measure of BASE quality assurance"

This follows neither. If there even is a statistician that is in charge of quality control, they've been hitting the 'stuff' a little too much... Heck (s)he's probably been breathing in the fumes from the cases.
