It's relatively easy to put together as long as you lay all the parts out ahead of time, they aren't packaged in the most intuitive of ways. Cable routing brackets were an awesome idea to put in. Cons: Expensive, way way too expensive for what it is. I bought it for 300 and felt that's about right, but Ergotron is the only company that really sells these. Instructions are... okay. Not the greatest or most informative but they'll get you there. Keyboard tray is rather flimsy and will flex when weight is put on the mouse pad. Can't accommodate long keyboards. I bought this to use as my gaming station in conjunction with a recliner and my Logitech G15 is about 5 inches longer than the keyboard tray is, but that also wasn't expected. Just do your research on sizes. Other Thoughts: This isn't a con, and like the keyboard tray I knew about this before buying, but be aware that the cpu holder only accommodates cases up to 8 inches wide, so if you have a full ATX gaming case, it more than likely will NOT fit. My Coolermaster HAF 922 is 10 inches wide with the sides on and most ATX cases seem to be a minimum of 8.3 inches. If mounting for a recliner like I did make sure the base of the keyboard mount is below the arm of the chair, otherwise the tray will be too high to use comfortably.
