Pros: No adorable baby animals were harmed while receiving this product at my front door.

Doesn't emit Agraxian death beams.

Cons: Needlessly complex drive mounting mechanism un-necessarily changed from previous incarnations- plastic clips do not hold up under light/normal use and environmental conditions.

Does not isolate vibrations from the drive, much less noise, as claimed. Cheap fan moves very little air for the noise it generates.

2/2 units were bent out of square on arrival.

Each unit was missing several tiny screws.

No provision for cable management.

Overpriced for what it accomplishes.

Other Thoughts: This doesn't add anything to your case that three pairs of brackets couldn't accomplish for less than half the price- if you're looking to convert a home tower style case into a server, you're much better off spending an extra $40 from one of the fine vendors featured by newegg for a mobile rack that has integrated data & power ports, a rear mounted 120 mm fan, and incorporates 5 hot swap trays into a 3 x 5 inch bay.
