Pros: Keeps my fans quiet for mounting them on the top of my Lian-Li/Lancool PC-K58 case. Easy to install, work well for what I needed them for.

Cons: About $10 total for 8 rubber plugs, a couple screws, and shipping seems like a ripoff. Unfortunately, these were my only option. Wish the price wasn't so high, at least they work well.

Other Thoughts: Come with 8, enough for mounting 2 fans, exactly what I needed.
