5 out of 5 eggsIt works!

Pros: It simply works! I bought it to straighten the flow from my fan as I needed it to be laminar not turbulent and it definitely works! Thick plastic snapped right on to my fan so it attached to mounts as one piece.

Cons: The screen isn't as dense as I'd expect, but that has it's own tradeoffs.

5 out of 5 eggsBeamAir works!

Pros: Works as advertised to focus and improve the strength of the air flow from your 120mm case fan. You can really feel the difference. It was easy to install and added no vibration or turbulence noise to my installation.

Cons: May need some light modding for applications where the fan originally fit into a filter frame or other tight spot (see Other Thoughts below). The BeamAir is made from a rather thick plastic, so some mods would have to be performed if you wanted to install two BeamAirs on fans that are mounted side-by-side in your case. Also needs some room on the exhaust side of the fan where the BeamAir honeycomb surface projects out from the fan several mms.

Other Thoughts: I installed the BeamAir on my GIGABYTE 3D AURORA 570 case's front intake fan and did some rather extensive modding to allow the fan to have an unobstructed route to my video card, but once given a clear path, the BeamAir significantly improved the airflow from the intake fan.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's thick ...But you can resize it.

Pros: Good, thick and sturdy. The plastic is a carbon base making it easy to wet sand to size in tight areas.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I sanded off .200in and slid the Beamair and fan front of my hard drive trays. Works great, all the air from the forward case fans move across my drives. Oh I have a Antec P182 case with some fan modding in the lower chamber.
Just lay a fine grit "wet-sanding paper" in a tray of water and get-er-done. It took about 12min each to size mine.
