Pros: You get to speak with a Newegg customer service representative for a return. They are always helpful, polite, and professional.

Cons: I think this company might be going through a quality control issue. The first unit I received had some back light bleed-through issues/dead pixels on the touch screen.

This was not a major issue in sunlight, but the USB cable that allowed you (again) “in theory” to control the unit via the user interface/windows; made the fans on my rig's video card to spool up and down while the rig was powered down/off.

(I know that I can turn USB power on while off off in the Bios but then whats the point in this control unit power on touchscreen button, and software?)

The second unit that was shipped to me was just DOA as the touch screen was not responsive and the unit was not cleaned as the visible part of the PCB was still covered in flux.

Other Thoughts: Newegg rushed this unit to me, because I did not want to remove and redo cable-management for 6 fan headers 6 temp-sensors, a molex power extender and the power button y connector.

Newegg has always done right by me, but I will never pick one of these things up again.

I bought the most expensive unit, as you do get what you pay for, but unfortunately it was not the case in this purchase.

Pros: It works, well kinda.

Cons: The manual is very basic, be sure to mind your polarities because if you don't things will burn.

My unit does work, but the USB interface makes my rig's video-card's fans to turn on and off while the rig is off. <- I did not like this.

I also have loads of dead pixels on the display.
