Pros: Excellent build quality! Dressed up my old case, so I didn't need to buy a new one. Keeps my hard drive nice and cool. The LEDs have a nice deep shade of blue.

Cons: Have to remove 16 screws to remove the unit to get access to the hard drives.

Other Thoughts: I recommend loading it full of drives before you install it.

Pros: As others have mentioned this is a well designed and great looking harddrive cooler.

Cons: When I tried to install it in my mid-tower case, it bumped up against the power connector on my motherboard and wouldn't fit properly.

Other Thoughts: Since the unit is 100% aluminum, I was able to quickly and easily cut about 1" off the right corner with a hacksaw and metal file and now it fits and looks great in my case. If you have a mid-tower case don't be afraid to buy one as long as you're comfortable voiding the warranty by cutting it to fit.

Take off those panels first!

Pros: Works as advertised. Keeps my 1Tx4 drives at 35C under load.

Cons: Totally unnecessary panels behind the fan!

Other Thoughts: Before you put your drives in do yourself a favor and pry off the panels behind the fan. Even though they have holes punched in they still cut airflow a lot. My drive temperature went down 10C after I cut them out! The front grill itself only increases temperature marginally. Taking out the panels do not compromise rigidity at all.
