Pros: It works somewhat.

Cons: It dose control fan speed and allow you to lower fan noise some what, but not enough for some smaller fans. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR LED FANS.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to lower the noise of 2 30mm fans I installed in my front panel to cool my hard drive to reduce the noise of smaller fans. In order to reduce the noise they had to be almost completely stopped. I ended up using the jumper that came with my ZALMAN ZM-F2GL 92mm Green LED Case Fan to lower there noise. I ended up using this controller on my LED fan and to lower the speed you lower the glow.

Pros: Looks like a Zalman.

Cons: Isn't a Zalman.

Other Thoughts: Nah, SilentX doesn't steal/borrow/re-use Zalman designs on everything from CPU coolers to fan controllers.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Flimsy knob and it doesn't come with sticky tape for mounting.

Other Thoughts: Zalman Fan Mate 2 is better.
