It's a dilemma: you want one of those cool automatic fan control panels, and you want one of those front extension panels that lets you add more ports to the front of your computer, but you only have ONE 5.25" bay left.
AeroCool comes to the rescue with this combination panel, allowing you to monitor up to three fans (requires three-pin/wire fans) and three temperatures, and add several ports to the front. Automatic fan control means you don't have to fiddle with it yourself to get the best compromise between noise and temperature, and an alarm audibly warns you of fan or temperature failures. That alone would be worth the price of admission, but they also include a headphone and microphone jack, two USB ports, an eSATA port, and a 56 in 1 memory card reader.
Now only you can decide if you need this, but if you don't want it, I'll take it!
Temperature Monitor and Fan Controller The AeroCool CoolPanel III displays CPU, hard drive and video card temperatures and up to 3 sets of fan RPM on its large color LCD screen for easy monitoring. Three fans can be controlled independently to fit your cooling needs.
Convenient Card Reader and I/O Ports The AeroCool CoolPanel III adds two USB ports, one eSATA port and two audio ports as well as a 56-in-1 card reader to the front of you computer for easy access.
Fits 5.25" Drive Bays The AeroCool CoolPanel III features great compatibility with any computer chassis with a standard 5.25” drive bay.
