Silverstone CLEARCMOS Case Accessory

Pros: - Simple solution to that annoyance of BIOS reset

- i do like the black finish on the bracket

- I dont have to take out my video card out to reset my BIOS! YAY!

Cons: - takes a bit of figuring out, each motherboard is different on how the pis are aligned, so for my Asus 780A the pins are backwards.

Other Thoughts: its a handy item, ive been wanting it for long now but never got around it till now. Sometimes computers have a freakout and they wont start so its a good solution for any weird thing happening.

Even if its a bit of pain to figure out how to connect it, i wouldnt take any eggs away ^_^ its an amazing product

Pros: It's a manual switch. It works, unless it falls of the case. Mine didn't fall off, so still switches left to right, and right to left. That is all to it.

Cons: Doesn't do up and down, and vice versa, unless I put my case on its side, lol. Maybe I will tilt my case to see if it works any better on an angle ;-)

Pros: Nice metal color slot shiny dark grey finish. Works so far. Long wires.
best thing ever to have when overclocking .. and i don't have to worry about moving that cmos jumper anymore its such a big deal kinda why i didn't want to overclock in the first place . but this is a life saver , i will buy this if I can and install on ever PC I ever build . Great price

Cons: Factory put the wires backward, but just swap them out inside case to get the right read out and function on the switch.. kind scared me because my pc didn't power on at first then I switch the switch to reset then it kicked on. so i just swapped the wires and worked like it suspose to. red filp up cover seems like it could break easy but i shouldn't be using it often so should be fine.

Pros: Quality is nice. The cable has plenty of length to it so you can route it behind your motherboard tray. The PCI slot bracket it's mounted to has that black chrome finish on it, identical to that of modern day video cards. I've already used it a few times while trying out some apparently unstable overclocks. Great product for the price and convenience! :)

Cons: None that I could tell.

Pros: this will come in very handy when i finally get a halfway decent cooler to OC my 980BE

Cons: didn't come with a screw to hold in place... also looked like the package was put together by 9 year olds, the instructions were jammed in there, and some tore up a bit.

Other Thoughts: i want taco's now....

Pros: works like it says.

Cons: Make sure you read directions, hook up may be different for
each Motherboard.

Pros: 6 bucks well spent, no more trying to get through wires and graphics card to move that tiny cmos jumper! will buy one for every pc I build from now on whether I overclock it or not

Cons: wish it was all black to match my case but oh well

Pros: If you are an Overclocker this really is a must have item.
When pushing a PC to its limits, as evey OC'er knows, often results in BSOD & Boot & even POST PROBLEM scenarios.

With this Clear CMOS Bracket there is no more having to pull off a side panel, and having to remove components such as Video Cards to get to that tiny CMOS Jumper- as is obvious.

It works as advertized as I have had to use it many times when OC'ing over 4.0GHz. The little red switch cover is a good feature too.

Cons: Not really a con, but the darn wires are about a mile long!
Also neither the instructions, nor the web site tell you anything about which color wire connects to which prong of the Jumper; although it's pretty easy to figure out.

Other Thoughts: Great product. Switch can be removed from its PCI bracket and mounted in a case hole, etc. so that you don't have to sacrifice a PCI slot.

Pros: Flawless!

Cons: None.

Pros: EZ Setup & with a little work can easily be added to an in-case solution via a simple case mod

Cons: The wires are long so that effective cable management is a challenge.

Other Thoughts: Shorter wires & Newegg should drop the price b/c this is $2 cheaper "where your best buys are always at....guaranteed.." I would have bought mine here but ya gotta save where you can....
