Pros: As soon as I put the fan dampeners in I could hear a difference. I can barely see them, but they do their job.

Cons: The washers didn't really work well and were difficult to install, but some of that has to do with my case. They were a bonus anyway, so no big deal.

Pros: Fits fans perfectly
Many extra washers

Cons: Can not really tell if they did anything

Other Thoughts: I have been in the process of doing some heavy modifications to an older mid ATX tower; adding larger fans and the like. Because I am not using pre made fan bays I thought something to help reduce vibration would be useful. I can not say if these do much for vibration, but peace of mind is certainly better. Also, I had so many extra washers I was able to use them on some screw heads used to mount a 250mm fan.

Pros: Inexpensive, and they work better then any other fan vibration damper I have used. You get two in a package.

Cons: Looks like Newegg is phasing out these kind of items. Will have to look elsewhere.

Other Thoughts: I have used these now in four computer builds. They really do help dampen any noise from fan vibration against the case.
