1 out of 5 eggsAnnoying but pretty

Pros: Nice eye candy...thats it

Cons: The warning beeps are aggravating and I they continued even after I removed the sensors from my hardware. I finally had it and punched it in the face. Save your money or if you gotta have one of these things, go with another brand. I personally found it useless aside from being an ornament for my PC.

1 out of 5 eggsuhhh....

Pros: Looked awesome the first 5 seconds it was on my new build.

Cons: After those 5 seconds part of the circuit board actually caught fire and left some soot on the top of my optical drive.

Other Thoughts: If you get one that works, good on you but I would not recommend it. I don't have any of the original packaging for a RMA so I'm out that $60.

4 out of 5 eggsVery good controller

Pros: Touchscreen
Visually Pleasing
Not too bright
Installs like a dream

Cons: Temp probe mounting tape is shotty at best

Other Thoughts: Installed this in a 17 month old Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced case to breathe some aesthetic life into it.

It did not disappoint! Looks MUCH better in person then the pics. Very crisp detailed screen, easy to touch buttons, even with big hands/fingers. I didn't really need this as my Asus Maximus V Formula motherboard has an already superb built in fan controller. Bought it mainly for the aesthetics.

Only real gripe about this thing, is the mounting tape for the temperature probes. Ended up using electrical tape. other then that, installs with ease, you don't even need to look at the instructions. Mount the unit (takes up 2 drive bays), connect up to 4 fans, then run the temp probes. Plug in the power and presto!

4 out of 5 eggsNice add on

Pros: Screen is visible from most angles
Very quick and easy to change fan speeds
Great color quality

Cons: Temperature monitoring is kind of broken.
At a flat angle (Looking straight at it from its height) it has weird coloration.

Other Thoughts: I would look at this as a first time buy for a fan controller because it is cool and very unique looking, but its functionality is limited to that of a very basic unit. Still a good product and fitted what i needed.

Pros: I liked how it was on my friends desktop, it had everything anyone could ever want!

Cons: My screen came in broken... I'm a little mad about that, and I had to buy another one...

3 out of 5 eggsWorks but wish I didn't buy this

Pros: Looks really cool on the front of the case, resembling a speedometer.

Shows both C and F which as an American I like. I'm so tired of all these products only displaying Celsius.

Cons: I have all Noctua 4pin fans and fan controllers really only work on 3pin fans.

Has a really annoying alarm that went off on me once which resulted in it getting ripped out of my system.

Display can only be seen if it is below eye level, otherwise it doesn't look right and can't be read.

There are better fan controllers out there, even by this company.

1 out of 5 eggsAerocool v12xt fan controller

Pros: it didn't cost more than I already paid.

Cons: 1 out of 4 fans respond barely to rpm changes. all 4 fans are 3 pin type and lighted. instructions are the worst ,seen caveman wall paintings that made more sense!

Other Thoughts: don't buy this controller, it not worth half what their charging.gonna pull it out of my case , hook up a psu and 4 fans 3 pin type and see if I can figure out what the heck this thing needs to make all 4 fans respond to rpm +/- adjustments , unlock and lock feature doesn't seem to be the problem it flashes in unlock but nothing happens except on 1 channel. truly regret buying this. my fault , nobody elses.

3 out of 5 eggsheat sensors

Pros: Screen still looks great.Fan controls work. All buttons and features work.

Cons: Heat sensor strips are dead and have been so for a good 6 months.trying to find replacements if possible.

Other Thoughts: Looks cool.Still works, for the most part.Honestly after having this for over a year now,i haven't used it much. After i noticed my heat sensors weren't working,I started using the temp sensor software for my mobo.I am now considering using that for a future build to monitor temps and getting a fan control with simple dials.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth it!

Pros: Pretty accurate temp reads/ gets within 3 to 5 degrees usually

Aesthetically awesome/ impresses people/ high bling factor

Pretty easy to set up

Cons: Beeping can get annoying on a hot summer day when you're playing an intense game

It's a pain getting the temp sensors set up so they're highly accurate (but worth the headache if you can do it well)

Big mess of new cables to hide/ they need some sort of back piece so you can tuck cables inside the huge cubby this leaves and out of sight

Other Thoughts: Some reviews say this isn't accurate, but for me, it's been within 3 to 5 degrees Celsius of my hardware temperature readouts. I'm not sure if I'm lucky, or they're setting it up incorrectly, or maybe some combination thereof, but let's be honest, you aren't getting this because you want to monitor temps inside your PC. You're getting this because it's sexy case candy. At that, it definitely excels.

I definitely recommend this controller unit. It looks cool, the sensors are a pain to set up properly but worth the effort, it's as accurate as you really actually need it to be, and did I mention it looks cool? I got mine one year and three days before writing this review, and the thing is still working flawlessly. Definitely try it!
