2 out of 5 eggsEh..

Pros: I have purchased so many of these over the years.

Cheap
Bright
Disposable.

Cons: The break and\or become horridly loud after a few months.

They are cheap enough to dispose of though, plus it gives me a reason to open my case :)

3 out of 5 eggsBlows... in the pejorative sense.

Pros: Blue, blades turn, quiet.

Cons: It blows, and not in the good way. I installed this backwards, then forwards, and I could not tell much of a difference between the two. Didn't want a hurricane but I did want some air movement, definitely enough to tell which way the air was moving while it was running! I am in the process of looking for a replacement now but took the time to report this.

Other Thoughts: I'll keep it for some "ultra low airflow" application.

5 out of 5 eggsAfter 11 months...

Pros: I have 10 of these, running for 11 months now about 14 hours a day. No problems at all, and they look COOL!

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggs"Fan"tastic

Pros: Really a diamond in the rough, have used three so far in different builds with zero problems. At full speed, I can just barely hear just a subtle humming sound after being silicon mounted to my case. LEDs are as bright as any, and the usual light blue color. Hydraulic bearing instead of sleeve bearing for lower noise and longer lifespan! Blows just as much air as any other 1800RPM fan too.

Cons: Wish it came with silicon mounts!

Other Thoughts: Anyone who says this is loud or weak *is* running it with a restrictive filter or something similar that blocks off airflow and causes air turbulence, aka noise. For minimum noise, always rubber mount the fans to lower vibrations (makes a BIG difference) and get the least restrictive cover/filter possible. Think big honeycomb mesh or a fine screen with widely spaced wires.

Surprisingly good fan, for being made by Logisys. For me to be using it in my *own* computers, and not in just the computers I build for others, says something.

4 out of 5 eggsNot quiet enough

Pros: Shiny blue, moves air effectively, sort of quiet

Cons: Not as quiet as I'd hoped

Other Thoughts: I'd gotten this for my Atom HTPC. Its noise was not terribly noticeable while playing music or video, but is very noticeable when the machine is sitting quietly. Had to switch back to a quieter but slower and not-glowing fan I had sitting around.

5 out of 5 eggsNot all LED fans are equal

Pros: Bright, clean, and clear blue light. More importantly, the fan is of good quality. Airflow is good, very silent, and the fan has been running for 4 years now. What more could you ask for?

Cons: I was mounting this fan to my black case as an intake. The screws that come with it are silver.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks, lights up case!

Pros: It works well. It's not as bright as I had thought but it isn't loud - soI'll take what I can get and rate it a solid 4 eggs.

Cons: Pins in the conector are kinda cheap.

Other Thoughts: It moves air and it makes my wall look pretty while doing so... What more could a fella want?
