Pros: looks good, pushes a good amount of air, fairly low noise.

Cons: it made the inside of my case look cluttered and cheap, i dont see why they couldn't have kept all the wires together instead of running separately sleeved ones from the fan and light...both sets of wires go to the same converter....also the sleeving is CLEAR over white and red wires.....

Other Thoughts: if you have a sleeving kit, or some black spray paint then buy it
