Pros: I've had a number of Vantec fans through the years and I really like the Stealth series. These are my first 120mm units though (4x of them - 2x intake and 2x exhaust). Just like the 80mm units, they move a modest amount of air and do so nearly silently. If my 80mm units are any indication, these 120mm units will last many years under mostly 100% duty.
Cons: Not a huge deal, but the leads are not sleeved. Also, I suppose it would be nice if they pushed a little more air for the same sound profile. I had to pick on SOMETHING, but these are such minor points.
Other Thoughts: If you don't needs extreme airflow, these fans will get the job done. Look elsewhere if you need more flow and/or pressure, though.

Pros: The SF series from Vantec are quietly one the best available! Forget the hype and gimmicks of other fans, ...if you simply want the best, Vantec SF12025L is it.

Pros: Very quiet, and move quite a lot of air! Come with molex adapters and screws. Double-ball bearing means they will last a long time. ( I have Vantec fans that are 5+ years old and they still work )
Cons: None I can think of.
