3 out of 5 eggsAquarium Pump!

Pros: Looks Cool

Cons: I don't own it.

Other Thoughts: I just thought it was very funny that it uses an aquarium pump. I have one that's just like it for my fish tank. LOL!!! Hmmm... Maybe Hydor makes general purpose pumps now. Search "Hydor" if you don't believe me.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad for my first WC system

Pros: You get a lot of stuff for the money, blocks for most everything. The pump and tank are cool. The tank has three blue and red flashing LED's. You can unplug them if you don't like it looking like a car accident. I replaced the LED's with high power white ones, looks awesome. The pump is small but strong.

Cons: The waterblocks are bare copper with an aluminum water jacket, along with the alum. radiator, this mixing of dissimilar metals causes them to corrode. As others have stated, it look as though aluminum particles are beeing stripped from the jacket and then will travel to the copper where it sticks as a sandy like crud. The copper also shows corrosion but a little less severe. This prosses has caused significant dammage to the water contact surfaces of the aluminum.

Other Thoughts: It seems the only solution to this problem is to have your system 100% copper, or 100% aluminum. However, other companys have started to gold or nickel plate the copper to fend off corrosion in a mixed metal system. You can, however, get decent life out of this system if you flush the coolant every month or so, and service the blocks every few months. Some may see that is too much of a pain, but for the money spent I would not complain, and the way I see it, water coolong is more complex than air, therfore will need more work to maintain. Besides, I know you air cooled people have to clean the dust out of your heatsinks and fans every now and again, right?

4 out of 5 eggsDecent system, horrible coolant

Pros: Complete kit. Good flow and good temps, as long as you use a different coolant. Worked great on my AMD 4400+, DFI Lanparty Ultra-D, and BFG 7900GTOC. All the blocks and hardware fit like a glove.

Cons: I ran this complete system (CPU, GPU, NB, and SB) for about 5 months when my CPU temps started to get a little out of control (39c idle - 60c load). I used the stock coolant that comes with the kit. I decided to clean the system out and get some new coolant, but when I began to take the blocks off, I found that the coolant had begun to corrode the aluminum part of the blocks almost to the point of having holes, and it had coagulated until there was barely anything flowing through the tubing.

Other Thoughts: I never hooked this back up, and because I had used it for so long, Newegg was unable to take a return on it. I still have the entire system sitting in a box in my basement.
I have to hand it to the Egg, they did give me some of my money back in a credit towards my next purchase, when they were not obligated to do anything. Thanks Newegg.

3 out of 5 eggsbought for pump

Pros: Pump is sweet so is the little tank that comes on the darn thing ( no more T lines )

Cons: blocks could be better ( took one apart and little dinky oring looked decrepid ) and only the cpu block had the mirror finish the others were pre finish ( still had machine circles on them) RADITOR is some weird alum junk with wire mesh fins

Other Thoughts: bought for pump and tubing nothing more buy a better raditor and some good fans

5 out of 5 eggsA good product from vantec

Pros: Good quality, all water blocks feel well made and don't leek at all. The pump, reservoir, and radiator are all well made and work very well.

Cons: Flashing lights are a bit on the silly side but there easy enough to turn off.

Other Thoughts: It was very complex to get the CPU water block to fit but it was not because of vantecs design. I have a Gateway GT5058 Media center edition. Gateway makes custom heat sinks to stop modifiers, they build the heat sinks to directly screw into the back of the case through the motherboard. But I was ably to get this system to work. What I had to do was I took a hacksaw and sawed off the fins on the gateway heat sink. After they where all off I wet sanded the heat sink using finer and finer grits form 600 to 1200. Once the heat sink was 100% flat and had no imperfections I used the P3 clip included in the kit and bolted the attachment points of the clip to the sides of the heat sink with the water block being held in place by the P3 clip. This worked like a charm. My CPU went from 45c idle to 19c idle.

5 out of 5 eggsCool Item w/ Even cooler results

Pros: Come with everything you need. All blocks for cpu, nb, sb, gpu are included. The workmanship appears to be quite high compared to others on market.

Cons: Pump and resevoir are a bit large to fit in mid-tower case so installed as external.

Other Thoughts: Wife thinks LED's make great night light.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Seems to be a good setup but who knows just got it, haven't even started to mount on cpu and so forth......came with rad box....green coolant.....nice connectors for hoses.....

Cons: came without pump and reservoir....being shipped now tho...err...looks like the sb water block won't fit my EVGA nForce 680i SLI Motherboard but I will see once I start to work on it.....needs more radiators and a better fan I have bought 2 more 240mm radiators....plus more coolant to add to the system since they only give you just enough...

Other Thoughts: would have loved to see this in more colors....

5 out of 5 eggsGreat first-timers liquid cooling system

Pros: Awesome cooling device, everything sets up well and I had the whole thing up and running in about an hour. Now in addition to this system I added 3 case fans which for extreme gamers (like myself) you may want to consider this too. My case (Ultra UV blue) I put an 80mm fan in the front, 80mm fan in the Ultra logo on the clear side panel and a 120mm fan at the back. Heres a tip for extra radiator cooling, make a push/pull config with the fans, reverse the position of the fan on the rad to its blowing away from the radiator and have the case fan blowing into it. Temps before adding fans w/ liquid system - GPU 124F @ idle 165F @ max load. CPU 77F @idle, 85 @ max load. NB, 95F @ idle, 115F @ max load. With new fan config - GPU, 86F @ idle, 94F @ max load, CPU 62F @ idle, 67F @ max load. NB 88F @ idle, 95F @ max load. This system does WORK!!!

AMD 6000+ X2, 8600GT GPU, Nvidia 500 SLI NB.

Cons: Hoses do kink easily so run down to your local hardware store (ACE by me) and get yourself some 1/2 in. spiral rap, does the trick and looks good too! Disco lights very annoying, unscrew the underside panel and unplug.

Other Thoughts: Vantec has put out a great cooling system in my eyes and granted its not the cheapest on the market, it has every right not to be because it does the job - WELL.

Pros: worked well for a while.

Cons: pump started leaking internally. coolant was coming out of where the cords go into from the back. luckily, nothing was destroyed because i turned this into an internal kit

Other Thoughts: does work well, easy to setup, faulty pump
