4 out of 5 eggsGood buy

Pros: Pretty nice quality and loved the round cable instead of the ribbon. The cable rubber is actually neon green and went great with my lights.

Cons: The bad is the cable covers at the end slip really easy, push them up close then put the case back into the desk and the covers have slipped down... ok maybe not that bad but its not cool...

Other Thoughts: The little labels on the end tear off when you try to take the connectors off soooo just pull on something else when disconnecting it.

5 out of 5 eggsMean Green

Pros: Definately makes it look funky inside my case.

Cons: Doesn't have the flexibility of regular ribbon cables, but it definitely looks tougher to cut/break. Then again, who really uses IDE?

Other Thoughts: Seriously, who still uses IDE? The only reason I am is to get old info off of a 8 year old HD. It's so old, it is only 7GB. I have a flash drive at least twice as big as that.

5 out of 5 eggsIDE Cables

Pros: Only 2 connectors, which equals more space and makes it much cleaner looking inside the case. Its not like the original cable that came with the computer. Allows A LOT of more breathing room for the whole computer.

Cons: Shipping is more than the product price when i purchased it, but otherwise its not a problem if you don't mind.

Other Thoughts: Only meant for connecting a single drive(HDD or CD Drive or DVD Drive or Blue-Ray Drive) to the system board.
1 drive = 1 cable
2 drives = 2 cables
etc....

5 out of 5 eggsNice cable

Pros: Short. It's perfect if you just have to attach an old IDE drive to the mobo. No extra slave connector. Looks really sturdy.

Cons: Not really con. but it seems to be 12 inches overall, that's including the connectors. It just fits my drive since i have a case where the Hard drives mount sideways.

Other Thoughts: It's really think. It has the wires wrapped in a metal mesh type material and then sleeved in plastic. Makes it harder to bend and maneuver. I think it would be better if it was more flexible, but it works either way just as well for me since i don't have to go around anything in my case.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: It's an IDE Cable. It functions. Works well with my Dvd-RW Drive. Long. Durable. The UV Neon green looks great with blue LED fans. Pull Tags. Very flexable, you will love this cable.

Cons: It is BIG. In the picture it looks small I know.

Other Thoughts: I loved it, I highly recommend it.

4 out of 5 eggsLooks great

Pros: Nice yellow plastic sheathing.

Cons: The plastic around the primary ide connector is not attached very well. If you have to bend the primary portion, it will rise up exposing the cabling to view. But I chalk that up to buying it for such a low price.

Other Thoughts: For the price it is ok. Thats why I gave it a Good rating. Even though it maybe cheap doesnt mean it shouldnt be of good quality. By this I refer to the plastic sheathing not attached very well to the primary ide cable.
