5 out of 5 eggsIt survived a house fire!

Pros: Does what it is supposed to without fail. I used mine to connect my PS3 to my laptop so it was constantly being connected, disconnected, moved, & wrapped up. It held up great to all that, then it went through a house fire! It did not get burned but it was heavily smoke & water damaged when I pulled it out of the mess that was my room. I cleaned it off, let it dry out, & unbelievably it still worked fine! The only real damage it incurred was the sheathing got discolored from the smoke & water. I have replaced it because of this but I still have & use this cable for temporary set ups. Any network cable that still works after all that definitely gets 5 eggs from me.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: I almost exclusively use Rosewill cables because you can't beat the quality you get for the price with them. But after seeing how well my Belkin cables have stood up to all the abuse from the fire I will be a lot more likely to purchase/recommend them in the future. All my Rosewill cables that were exposed also survived, some of my Bytec ones quit working but this Belkin cable was totally out in the open & one end was disconnected. That is why I'm so surprised it still worked.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Cable!

Pros: High quality connectors, and I really liked the fin on each side of the locking tab much better than the cables with the sheath that covers the tab.

Belkin, very high Quality Cable!

Cons: None.

Pros: Has the two-fin clip protector. It's Yellow! It's shielded!

Cons: Sheath could be more flexible.

Other Thoughts: Sturdy cable. Newegg is the Alpha and the Omega.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Problems

Pros: Nice Colour

Cons: My green one damaged my router when trying to remove it - the plastic retaining clip was to blame

Other Thoughts: The red and yellow were okay - maybe it's a one off, but I did pay a premium for the Belkin hoping for nice quality

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Cable

Pros: Pretty sturdy cable, i like the clip protectors on these better than the ones that completely cover the tab.

Cons: I got cat6 because i though i needed them for gigabit, turns out 5e works just as well and i think even 5 will run gigabit.

Other Thoughts: 10ft is a good length especally when taking it to lan partys. It happens to be just the right size so i don't have to drag my 25ft over.
