Pros: Worked exactly as described. Loved the fact that I decided to try this low cost solution before spending $200 + on a name brand cable.
Cons: its thick and I could see someone having trouble getting it to fit in small spaces and 90 degree turns. I ran this cable through my walls and attic and didn't have this problem.

Pros: This cable delivers full 1080p from my GTX 260 to my 40" 1080p lcd tv 30 feet away with no breaking up. Plus it's much cheaper than those monster rip-offs.
Cons: As others have said, it's thick and heavy, if you want to hide this in a cable organizer then look elsewhere, this can only make very gentle turns. Not a problem in my setup.

Cons: Very fat cable.
