Pros: It resembles USB 3.0 cable.
Cons: It doesn't work at all. Tried this with a WD Passport drive and the drive wasn't able to be recognized. Went back to the supplied cable and the drive appeared.

Cons: Doesn't work for USB 3.0.
Other Thoughts: I bought this and a more expensive cable of the same type. I wanted to see if there was a difference, and thought that if this worked, I could return the other one. I'm keeping the expensive one. I'd send this back, but at $3 it's not worth the effort.
