Rosewill 8" UV IDE 4Pin Power Splitter Cable Model RCW-301

Pros: Good cables for the price, i got them on sale. They do they job that they need to. I'm glad though that they are put together well, i've had some bad cables from other companies before and the little things like a good cable can mean a whole lot in a computer build. I haven't had the chance to see how reflective the UV is yet though.

Other Thoughts: These are very cheaply made. The male pens did not match up with the female ends and it took multiple attempts to get the pens to line-up. Since I do not plan to be connecting and disconnecting them, I can live with it.

Pros: They provide power to where I need it
They were one of the least expensive ones of these I could find

Other Thoughts: Not much to say. They work. They were inexpensive. They are as described. That is all I care about on an item like this.

Pros: I needed this to make my own fan controller. I cut the 12v wire normally yellow and added a switch in there to be able to turn my led fans on and off as needed.

Cons: The pins are a bit flimsy, but for $.99 what'd you expect. Would like it better if the connectors had the voltage/ wire color engraved into the plastic

Other Thoughts: Newegg seriously over packs their items, ordered this and it came in a bubble envelope that could've held about an entire ream of printer paper when they could've used one about half the size

Pros: My power supply unit said it only had 4 4 pin connectors, so i bought 2 of these thinking they'd help in my time of crisis.. never used them. Well constructed though.

Other Thoughts: Wonder if a non-UV version is cheaper?

Pros: Extended my molex to reach an internal usb 3.0 header addition and a nzxt led light strip. they are blue.

Cons: none of the molex are pass throughs. so if you are connecting another item that is not on a pass through then you will need both sides of the splitter. looks more purplish in color under my blue leds inside my case. seems more like 4 inches, i believe they are measuring from side to side if you split it like a wishbone

Other Thoughts: bought these when i was actually just looking for a single molex extension. glad i got the splitter since i needed to hook up two items that were not on pass throughs and this item has no pass throughs.

Cons: pins wiggle a bit making it a little harder to plug in.

Other Thoughts: Bought 2, never ended up needing either.

Pros: Works exactly as designed. It's $2.99 Adds flexibility when trying to do clean wires.

Cons: Not a flaw , I would like to see these wrapped or sleeved in UV.

Other Thoughts: Mostly use these to tuck away fan wires in the Antec 900 case. Usually use 1 + a fan controller per build, hide it all in the back.
