Pros: Feels solid.

Cons: Does not carry EDID data, which means the video card cannot automatically detect the monitor type. Unusable in my environment, with 4 computers connected to a KVM, which requires that the cable carry the EDID data.

My 6-year-old extension cables work fine. All three Rosewill cables do not work.

Cons: LOST PICTURE RESOLUTION. IMAGE QLTY VERY POOR ON 40 INCH TV

Cons: One would think a HD15 end would have 15 pins... this only has 14. Failed to extend my KVM cable and transmit mouse/keyboad data to the KVM from the dongle which has a MD15 with *gasp* 15 pins.

14 pin VGA cables are actually pretty common now-a-days. The missing pin is going to be pin 9 which carries a 5v power connection. Many monitors today don't use this pin anymore since video cards today won't supply power to the monitor. Pros: It works and fills its job as a cable well. Tons of shielding.

Other Thoughts: It's a VGA cable. It either works or it's broken from the factory. I got 3 and all 3 worked.

Pros: image from projector looks good after being split between monitor and projector.

Other Thoughts: used this with LINKSKEY LVS-002E 2-port Video Splitter w/ Enhanced Video (Cascadable)

Pros: Better quality than I expected. I just wanted a cheap cable. This seems very solid.

Cons: Not very supple, but that's expected on thicker cables. Which I did not expect.

Other Thoughts: My opinion of Rosewill products is becoming more positive.

Other Thoughts: I'm only writing this so that no one else makes the same mistake I did (needed a M/M cable and this is a M/F cable). Yes you can see this when you look at the pictures, but it never occurred to me to look at the pictures of a cable. Whoops!
