5 out of 5 eggsGood cable for the money

Pros: Heavy quality cable, worked perfectly to extend a VGA monitor connection I had..

Cons: Had to manually secure the connection to my existing cable with black electrical tape.. But I knew this before buying, since both ends had screw posts..

No big deal & really didn't need to buy M/F connector just to tighten the connection..

A few wraps of electrical tape works just and well and is easy to remove.

4 out of 5 eggsRosewill 10 ft. VGA / SVGA Male to Female Extension Coaxial Cable

Pros: carries signal without degradation. heavy-duty. one good connector.

Cons: as others have said, needs female locking receptacles. also, gag-ugly ecru color- henry ford was correct.

Other Thoughts: a long twist-wrap works as well as duct-tape, without the mess.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Cable

Pros: I bought this cable for a presentation I had to give in one of my classes. The cable did its job and it was cheap too.

Cons: none that were the cable's fault. see below.

Other Thoughts: The cable did its job but I used this with an Apple vga adapter which fell short because it cant hold the screws in place, but that isnt the cable's fault

4 out of 5 eggsworks ok

Pros: low price

Cons: I bought this cable to extend the length of my current VGA cable. The female end could be better designed; it doesn't allow secure connection with male end to use as an extension for existing VGA cable. I had to use a duct tape to secure the ends. You need a separate coupler for that.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Signal Strength

Pros: I bought this cable to move my monitor to the other side of my desk (about 13 feet away). I bought a cable before this one from a local store and the signal was horrible, color was off, a few times the signal strength even dropped low enough that my monitor went into power save mode. With this cable none of that happened.

Cons: Only thing is (and its a small thing) that on the female side of the cable the screws that you screw the other cable into are not anchored very well. I accidentally started turning one while tightening the cables together. So just be careful when doing that but over all not worth taking an egg off.

3 out of 5 eggsKinda Dumb

Pros: Works as expected..

Cons: I wish the cable didn't have screws on both the male and female ends that is stupid.. there is no way to screw the cable together.. Well other than Duct tape...
